Helpful and prompt service at v g price in central Bedford phone repair shop. Did a cracked phone cover replacement in an hour and a half for £25. Just a pity I had to source a replacement part myself which they were then prepared to fit for me. Friendly guys there...I'd use them again for sure.

I took in our PS4 to these guys on a bit of a whim, as it said on the website that they could fix arious problems such as overheating and fan issues (due to accumulated dust). They gave it a full same-day service, replaced a few defective bits and pieces and now it works as good as new. All for £45! ✅️ For both phone and PS4 maintenance, you can always count on Fone Box.

I went in to get my old oneplus phone battery replaced. Bobby placed the order and kept me updated on the delivery, even checking with other shops to see if they received the delivery by mistake. Once he tracked it down, he did the repair very quickly and returned my phone in good condition. Very impressed, very reasonably price and I will definitely use him again for phone related issues! Had a dodgy screen on my iPhone XS Max and Gurpreet fixed it for me at a nice price. Very chatty and lovely man to talk to. Would very much recommend, only had to wait 30 mins and it was done and complete. Perfection!

Professional and incredible service and definitely the most competitive prices (and I did my research). I had my IPAD and iPhone screens repaired to a very high standard and in record time and then a great price on a replacement handset too. The man was even very patient with my 3 children. It's rare that I would write a review but I promised I would do so as he said he doesn't advertise. This place deserves the 5 stars. I had dropped my phone into a mass of water, and my speakers stopped working meaning I couldn't hear on the phone, and my phone is used alot so it was important to me to get it fixed asap. I got in contact with fone box and was told they'd try to solve the problem right away. I went to the shop 10 minutes after our phone call and an hour and a half later my phone was fixed and for great value, considering I was quoted by other places over £100 and also told my phone would have to be sent away. The man who served me was polite and supportive, I would recommend this place. I really appreciate your help/work, thankyou!!!!

my iPhone screen was cracked and some water had got in between them. i took my phone here and they manages to fully clean it and repair the screen and it was almost as band new. the price was not to expensive and was worth the money. if you have a broken screen or a slow phone or any other problems, i would say to take your phone here to get sorted

Good service, broken screen on my experia z3. Fixed it quickly but after I left found that there was a problem with the proximity sensor (they knew what the problem was when I called back I just said the screen goes blank when I make calls) they said bring it back in and fixed it straight away. Good professional job and very fair prices.

By far the best phone or any digital appliance repair shop in Bedford. Not just the quality of work but the customer service is second to none. Prices are arguably the cheapest going around and I shall be recommending this place to all my friends and family.
