Went in for an iPhone 11 screen replacement. They offered a choice between an aftermarket screen and the genuine apple replacement screen which was good. There wasnt too much of a price difference between the two. Staff were very friendly and took no more than 2 hours for the phone to be ready for pickup after the repair. Important to note that they had even reprogramed the replacement screen for me, which the last place I went for a phone repair did not. This enabled features such as truetone for more comfortable phone usage for me. Finally they did a full test of the phone to make sure that everything worked alright after the screen repair. Fast, easy, and quality service.

These guys are fantastic. My daughter had a screen protector on her phone which had shattered and she was worried that the screen had cracked underneath as well. We turned up at lunchtime on a Saturday worried that we would be at least £150 out of pocket. Nick and Joe were amazing and honest and told us she didn’t need a new screen, just a new screen protector. £15 later and I have a very happy daughter. Thank you!

I was naturally devastated when I dropped my phone on Monday evening so I rang Happyfones The next morning, not altogether sure that they would be able to help me as I thought I damaged the phone itself rather than just the screen, I phoned them and from the moment I discussed what had happened he made me feel completely reassured and much more optimistic my phone could be fixed. I popped in that afternoon and it was ready within the hour looking perfect 😀👍 such great service! He was a proper gentleman, patient Informative and kind. I cannot recommend Happyfones enough you will not be disappointed!
