phone fixed in less than 30 minutes and incredible price.

Great service from mtek Bedford. They replied very swiftly to my enquiry email and I arranged to pop in the next day. On arrival, they immediately set to and replaced the battery in my iPhone 6s+ in just a few minutes. I was even offered me a cup of tea and we had a friendly chat while I waited. As a bonus, there is plenty of free street parking round and about so no worries about walking huge distances from expensive parking. I'm sure my phone will be good to go for a while yet but if I have any more problems then mtek will be my first port of call.

Phoned up for a screen replacement on iPhone 6s. Asked if he could replace the screen he said he could do it straight away. Went there 15 minutes later then left 10 minutes later with a new screen. Great service very quick and easy good price 👍

Fantastic fast service! Dropped my iphone at work and broke the screen and wanted it fixing ASAP. Wasn’t sure where to go in Bedford so Googled phone repair and based on other reviews and that they were fairly close to where I work gave Mtek a call to see if they could do it the same day (New Years Eve) and they said yes! 20 minutes later I was in the shop and 15 minutes after that it was done and all for £40 incredible! Even put a free screen protector on. Will definitely use them again in the future. Great shop.

Went in to have a new battery fitted for my iPhone 6, lovely and friendly man fitted my phone battery there and then at a good price and then asked if I would like a free screen protector on my phone which he fitted on for me. A very positive experience and will certainly recommend to friends and family.

I needed my iPhone 6s screen quickly repaired. Mtek did an excellent job-the screen was efficiently replaced, at a very reasonable cost that included a fitted glass screen protector. I was very pleased with the result and the service was excellent.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. They managed to retrieve all my precious photos and videos from a phone I'd completely broken which was a huge relief. Lots of other places would have charged a huge amount for this service knowing how sentimental people are about photos but their cost was extremely reasonable. Went to get a new phone battery and they gave helpful, honest advice that it probably wasn't worth it yet even though that meant they didn't get a sale. Then gave me helpful tips on extending battery life etc and when I should think about getting bit replaced. Awesome service!

Walked in through the door with no appointment and a broken iPhone screen and rubbish battery. Was back out again ,within an hour, with a perfectly functioning iPhone for a very reasonable cost! Would highly recommend! Leave it to the guy that knows his stuff! :D

Just been in to MTEK with my girlfriend as her iPhone 8 screen suddenly stopped working. We tried all the obvious ways to reset the phone but no luck so though it was going to be a hardware problem. To cut a long story short, the very kind man looked at it for no more than 30 seconds and had it working. I have been using MTECH for many years, there is free car parking just around the corner. The staff I have found to be very friendly and helpful. They are reasonably priced and use good quality parts on the repairs. Never have had any issues with the repairs they have carried out for me.
