P. F.I left my Samsung galaxy s9 into CPR, this afternoon to have a new backing put on the phone as I had chipped the backing. The guy on the counter lacked customer skills, very unfriendly. He told me my phone would be ready in an hour. He asked me to put my phonr number on the back sticky paper with the make and model of the phone. I went back 2 hours later to collect the phone. Another guy served me. My phone wasn't fixed. He said that didn't have a blue back cover, only gold. I asked why didn't he ring me to inform me, before I wasted my jouney down to collect it. He gave me a grunt. Told me he had only a Gold cover available and to return in an one hour and it would be ready, I told him the gold cover would be fine. One hour later I returned, he didn't put a gold cover on it, he actually had put a silver one. Vett poor customer relations. They didn't deliver on what I agreed on, as I'm the paying customer.
