Having phoned first to get an idea of the price to fix my iPhone X, my mind was eased not only by the more than competitive pricing but by the free advice that Keith gave over the phone. His straight talking, no nonsense honesty was extremely refreshing. I went to his shop a short time later and was most impressed by the professional layout and large amount of high quality products on offer. Keith not only fixed my charging port, he gave great advice on how to care for my phone going forward given the current global shortage of new handsets. He could have told me that I needed a new battery and I would have been none the wiser but in his honesty and in an attempt to save me money, he advised that the time wasn’t right for a change and that I could get a bit longer out of it. I left with the impression that there is nothing that Keith can’t fix and I will definitely be going back to him for a new battery in the near future.

Can't praise and thank Keith enough for all his help and advice. As it's been said in other reviews he explains everything that needs to be done or can't be done. The wife and I are delighted with everything that Keith has done and she is even more so on the deal Keith did for her on her new phone. Brilliant service. Had an issue with my screen lifting off of the phone, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and sort it within an hour. Phone now good as new. Would highly recommend and will be back should I have any other issues.

I left my S20 in with Keith having issues with the speaker, charging and a cracked back glass. He explained to me how the defects happened after me cracking the back of my phone. Once parts was sourced it was a quick turn around after Keith receiving the parts. First he quoted me £110 and when i was collecting the phone it was only £75 due to not needing one of the parts he mentioned on the first day. I'll defiantly be back if needing any phone issues sorted. Thanks Keith Gary

It suited me better to come back the next day and when I did the iPad was ready and as good as new. Very good quality fix. He also put it back in my son's iPad case which is no easy feat! Great service and I found Device Drs NI to be very professional during both my visits to the store. On my first visit Keith fixed my phone within the time he had stated and the repair is excellent quality! No issues. I then returned a few days later with my laptop which had been damaged to what I thought was beyond repair due to spilling a glass of wine over the keyboard.. Keith was able to recover data from my laptop such as precious photos and documents I had saved which I thought I had lost. I couldn't believe it and I'm so thankful! One very happy and satisfied customer and I would highly recommend if you are looking somewhere for a reliable, efficient repair!

I really can't recommend this guy enough. I was a regular customer of the city centre branch but now find this branch so much more accessible. They have fixed my ipad in feb and again this week under the 12 month guarantee which they give on the repair i needed without any problems. They also gave me advice on a S8 screen repair re a home remedy instead of a costly repair which i am very much appreciative off as many shops would have just looked for the money. This is the only place i use for all my devices and have no hesitation in recommending them
