This is the second time Michelle has fixed my phone. In first occasion I was very happy with the service, fast and professional as it appears to be. On second occasion after dropping my phone and damaged it, at that moment need it the phone urgently and choose a different mobile repair shop (Biggest mistake) They have caused more damage and wasted 3 days of my time, fast forward grabbed my phone and returned the Fone Boutique, I cannot thank Michelle enough with her professional service again she has gone an extra mile, repaied some danaged on the motherboard what other repair shop has caused and also repaired my screen. I was on holiday in Belfast in mid December and my Sony phone wasn't charging. I gave it to the owner, he cleaned the charging port for a few minutes and handed it me back. I plugged it into the cache battery I was carrying on my bicycle and no problem...it was soon charging! Even better was the owner didn't charge me, despite working on the phone for 5-10 minutes! Excellent and very polite service. I would highly recommend.. 🙂 👍🏾
