The charging port on my phone was acting up badly for a while, I was convinced I would have to replace the phone. Then I was convinced the charging port needed to be replaced. Got a prompt quote from the Belfast shop for a replacement through messenger, only to visit and find that all it needed was cleaned! Had it done in a minute at no charge. Back in working order! My phone stopped charging while on holiday. When I went into the Belfast iPhix store on Castle Street l was greeted by Naomi and Tom right away in a friendly manner. They instantly assessed my phone and figured out what the problem was and told me how the issue could be addressed. Although they didn't have staff at the time to do the repair they showed me how I could manage the issue until the repair could be done.

Absolutely brilliant service. Got the charging port on my android phone fixed at Christmas 2020, a model of phone which several other places refused to fix. While the repair sadly failed about 5 months later, it was still covered under iPhix's warranty, and they stopped at nothing to get it sorted, including giving me updates on messenger well outside business hours and posting the phone abroad when I moved away. Couldn't recommend iPhix enough!

I Popped into I Phix in Belfast today for the 3rd time and would recommend highly if you have any kind of problem big or small with an I phone or other device you can count on Wayne & the team at I phix to help with it. It is great to be confident in seeking a repair that you will not overcharged or indeed charged just for looking at your device , after my experience there today I would not go anywhere else should i have an issue with any of the devices we have at home . Shop was busy but Wayne dealt with the issue with my I Phone quickly and efficient along with a smile and pleasant manner. Gerry managed to fix my broken charging port on my S9 within 2 hours of me entering Iphix. He advised me that Samsung offered a free service but would take weeks to fix, and as I needed my phone urgently he worked on fixing it the same day. excellent location, friendly and skilled staff! shop closes at 8pm, I have arrived at 7:50pm- so almost closing time. despite that friendly lad Shane had replaced the screen in 10 minutes which saved me another journey to city centre next day and being stucked with no phone in the meantime. screen that was used to repair the phone is original Google screen which is identical to the one that came with the phone originally. job well done, phone fully functional and life time warranty for screen replacement!

Had problems with my phone charging, thought it was a dodgy charger but who knows. I used to have to twist the cable and plug it and out multiple times to get it going, it was a pain in tbe back side. Took it into iphix and they were friendly and patient, diagnosed the problem fairly quickly, and fixed it 20 minutes. Shane was professional, reassuring and patient (Shane the lad who's been working there for a considerable amount of time, not the snakey new lad who's taking all the credit for his work).

I stupidly dropped my phone in water. Rang iPhix in a panic to see if they could fix it. They said to bring it straight in which I did. They said it could take up to 3 days to see if the water treatment works which I was more than happy with. I was so surprised then when they phoned back 2 hours later to say they'd already fixed it! Got my phone samsung galaxy note 20 ultra fixed today after my wee one dropped on the rocks and smashed the front glass. After giving them a call I got quote and within 2 days was ready to be repair! Needed the phone fixed that Day, Iphone X. Was working and so could only get it done at lunch hours (12:30-13:30). Gentleman told me to come down and he would have it done in 30 mins. Right enough, went and got a haircut and it was done. Price was reasonable given the damage and it is now > 3 months since the fix and is still perfect. Cannot speak more highly of this place. I got my phone repaired on Saturday last and because I was waiting just over the 30 minute mark the extremely kind store manager, Shane put on a screen protector free of charge. Their customers service doesn't stop here. Unfortunately during the space of the 48 hours following my screen repair, I began to notice a small defect in the glass which got larger and larger. I came back into the store and was again welcomed by Shane who repaired the break, put on a new screen protector but also gave me a new more robust case all for 20 pounds. Took my dropped samsung s6 phone to repair lounge lisburn rd they told me that "they could not fix it and that it was a software problem and that the Samsung shop Anne st would be able to fix it" took it there they said "it would be a hardware or software problem and that the price would be £200" I said "no thanks". I took it to the iphix store castle st they told me the problem with the phone fixed it and replaced the battery with warranty all for £40.00. Very professional, very honest, and well priced. Anyhow whilst on holiday i order another iphone 6 to get me going straight away from ebay and the microphone was faulty. Whilst in the store Shane dropped everything for me and fixed my microphone in 15 minutes. Unfortunately they couldn't fix my water damaged phone, but they tried their hardest. I would highly recommend these guys as they are the most helpful repair guys i have visited in Belfast. I recently got my Laptops operating system ( Windows 10 ) installed & the cost was £49.99. My Laptop is as good as new. If I were to have taken it to Curry's or PC World their repair' Knowhow' team ask for £60 as a fixed payment before they even touch it. Then you have to pay them for installing Windows 10.
