This place is brilliant! These guys know everything - I can't rave enough about them. They just saved me over £500 on a screen repair that ended up being done for free. If I hadn't got in touch, I never would have known and would have paid the full price. Susie is amazing - I dare say the rest of the team are just as fabulous but for me, Susie saved the day! Cannot recommend these guys enough! In the past I asked them to have a look at my MacBook late 2009 due to an overheating issue they had the issue sorted for me quickly and professionally. Today I had another issue with a MacBook Pro Mid 2012 that also had an issue with overheating, again same as before popped it in, sorted quickly and working like new again! I had frustrating problems with my Mac. Spoke to Phillip Hanna who resolved my problem with an updated SSD overnight - quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. Honestly I genuinely cannot exist without the Mac Superheroes at Mac-Sys. I only operate macs and every single time I have a problem the guys are on hand with expert advice. I always feel less stressed after talking to them. They also help me figure out which machines to buy and upgrade any machines that I need as well as keep me right with everything I need to keep our office running. I genuinely don’t know how I survived before I discovered them. If you have a Mac product in Northern Ireland you need to have these guys in your phone book. They are fast, efficient, helpful, experienced, professional and expert at what they do. They are the only place in the world where I would leave my tech babies in to be fixed because I can trust them to look after my machinery probably better than I do! Ps the pics below is my latest problem, within minutes they had talked me through what I needed to do to fix it! Literally nothing is too much trouble for these guys!

Folks if you have a Mac and there's a problem with it then here is the place to get it resolved. I had an older iMac which basically refused to update and I had given up on it. I left it with these guys and in just over a week (Covid restrictions) I had it returned and working like a brad new machine. Saved me forking out a lot of money on a new one.

I got the HDD on my iMac 2009 swapped out for a SSD in August 2016. The work was done very quickly I left it in on Thursday at 17:10 and picked it up next day at 13:30. The cost for parts and labour was very good too. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had to download a free app to control the HDD fan. I think they should have told me about this, or installed it themselves and told me I needed it. Not their fault that I needed the app, and maybe there were copyright reasons they couldn't install it themselves, but I panicked and phoned them in a pother when I noticed my fan wouldn't stop.
