I upgraded my phone at O2 forestside. The computers were down and so they couldnt transfer any of my data for me. Ian at Connswater was an absolutely fantastic help. Thanks again Ian. You were a superstar!

Always get what I need here and the guru Richard is a great guy. I am 71 and need a little help. Nothing was a bother to him helping set up my new phone.

Moved up 3 stars due to manager taking lead and doing a good job..... o2 as a network in general have the worst customer service I ever experienced, very frustrating to deal with, shop manager understood my frustration and escalate to higher management... Unfortunately o2 are outsourcing customer service / complaints to a 3rd party who are completely incompetent

Called in to the o2 shop in Connswater on the off chance I could renew my contract as the one I had with carphone warehouse had come to an end, Gregg set me up with a much better, cheaper contract in about ten minutes. I left o2 a very happy bunny.

They have all the latest phones and tablets available either on contract or pay as you go. Staff are very helpful although at times you may have to wait for one to be free. If they had an O2 guro there at all times I would be giving them 5 stars as the O2 guru is a very important service as smart phones and tablet become more and more sufisticated.

Conn's water is a great place to shop with plenty of shops and plenty of places to eat and good parking it is located in east Belfast northern Ireland on the newtownards road
