Staff go above and beyond to help. Called in today to get help with a problem I was having with my sim card. The guy - I didn't get his name, I wish I did but he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. - Thank you for taking the time and showing so much patience!!

Visited the O2 shop today, as my wife had previously purchased a phone from the shop, but we were unable to set up. A young employee named Michael sorted the whole thing for us and gave excellent advise on anything we asked. Micheal was so pleasant and helpful and surely is a real asset to the O2 shop, in the Kennedy centre.
