They did a great job of replacing the screen on my phone at a rate which was better than advertised by Samsung. The whole thing took about 2 hours,which was very impressive. I. P.I brought my Samsung S20 for an in-warranty repair. It took only a few days for the repair to take place, although it was quite complex. I'm grateful for the fast response and service. I'm also happy that there is a physical Samsung repair center in Belfast, as it's nice to get the reassurance of speaking with someone face to face.

I took my Samsung s20 to Samsung Support shop Belfast at 1330 for a screen fault, didn't have to wait , fault was recognised by very helpful and pleasant staff member, and phone booked in for a warranty repair. I was contacted to come and collect my phone at 1545 same day Wow ! what more can I say. When I collected my phone I was told the phone had a new screen fitted and the battery replaced my phone looks exactly as it was when new brilliant. I highly recommend this place for great service, friendly professional staff in front of house and Tec staff thanks guys.

He couldn't have done more..he examined my phone, immediately identified the issue ( damaged charging portal) and took my phone, rang me a few hours later to confirm issue and that it had been fixed and that my phone could be collected the following morning. n.Went today under the recommendation of the Vodafone shop on Royal Avenue. The two guys in the shop were very helpful and friendly. So my phone (Samsung S9+) had an issue with putting the charger inside the port. However the issue seemed to be that something fell into it, which was easily removed it seems by the staff. Surprisingly there was also no charge for the help. So 5 out of 5. I would guess that all problems can't be fixed there and then but that shouldn't be a reason to give lower ratings.

G. P.Had a fault appear on my Galaxy S8, I was unable to charge my phone as it took somewhere around 6 hours to charge, this was killing me but I hated the thought of having to go through Phone insurance etc until someone mentioned the Samsung Support Centre so I thought I would give it a try.
Honestly, within 10 mins of going in I was on my way out with a docket as my phone was in getting repaired under warranty and around 2 hours later I got a text to come collect my phone.. Unreal!
I used to be a big fan of how Apple had the Genius bars for issues like this but now that Samsung have this as well I will be staying with Samsung for the foreseeable future 100%

T. T.While busy at times, the Samsung staff are incredibly helpful. Notably Dylan Boyd, whom I'd talked to. Very patient, runs down the entire issue and the resolution clearly. Also chatty and an overall lovely employee.

R.Having got info from 2 other repairers I decided to take my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 into Belfast Samsung Centre through the traffic & endless track of trying to find a car parking space I easily found the shop. I was spoken to by a very knowledgable young man. Explaining my predicament of the screen switching off. Much to my suprise I was told that the phone was still in warranty, so off he went to source out the problem. Mother board was the problem & could be replaced in a few hours but all data would be lost. No problem as long as it was free I would take the loss. True to his word a few hours later a text asking me to return to pick up the phone. Phone fixed free & ready to go. Great service produces happy customers well done. Just one slight issue don't try ringing either number incorrect or nobody answers.

So after a lot of hassle and trying to find the code and a lot of 24 hour waiting I gave up and took the phone to the Samsung support shop. S. T.Went here to fix my screen on my Samsung Galaxy A5 2015. Was a bit worried that my phone would get wiped in the repair but they assured me it wouldnt and it was rare for this to happen. I collected my phone from Keith at the front desk and he had excellent customer service skills and made sure I was happy that every thing was back to normal on my phone. My phone was quite old so I had to wait 48 hours for parts to come in. The cost of the repair was very reasonable too.

The service I have received throughout was first class and the help and support from the Belfast team was superb. Mialem niestety przyjemnosc wizyty w tym przybydku z moim s9+, obsluga w porzadku , czas oczekiwania na urzadzenie 3 dni "czytnik odcisku palca" mozliwosc wyaylki <-- lecz w moim przypadku sie nie sprawdzilo , pomimo dwukrotnego zapytania czy telefon napewno zostanie wyslany na nadanybadres i ile bedzie to trwalk miao to byc 4 dni robocze , a jedyne co otrzymalem od serwisantow to sms o tresci"Telefon jest gotowy do odebrania ".. poczekalem jedwn dzien , probowalem sie dodzwonic, bo zwykle w przypadku nadania dostajemy numer wysylki bla bla bla .. w kazdym razie po telefon musialem.jechac osobiscie ..
