Having reached 70 and a bit of a technophobe I invariably need assistance in these areas. It came in the delightful Charlotte who had me up and running with a new phone deal and transfer of all info from my old one. First class attention well done Charlotte , you are a gem.

Staff were excellent. Shane and Jake were so friendly and helpful. They both listened to what I need in a phone and recommended various plans. Ended up getting a lovely Samsung A10 at a great monthly price. They set up my new phone and took the time to show me how to work all the features. They even transferred all my data from my old phone so I wudnt lose any photos etc. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

These guys where fantastic when I recently had a nightmare with a sim issue. I had to visit the store for nearly a week as the issue just wasn't getting resolved when calling the call centre in India. That in itself was a nightmare! Reason being they just didn't know what the issue was and everyone was telling me different things. I couldn't recommend these guys enough especially Eamon and Stephen who went above and beyond what they had to do. Great guy's who are very customer focused. I just want to say a huge thank you for sorting this all out for me and if it hadn't of been for your great customer service I would of just closed my account. Again thanks Eamon and Stephen for all your help. Oh and just to let you know I got my old number back lol...

Got an insanely good contract for £14 a month. 12GB of data and Go binge. Didn’t know what that was until the staff member explained that you get Apple Music, Netflix and Snapchat for unlimited use. Basically doesn’t use any of your data. It’s the best contract I have seen from any network. Been watching Netflix with my hotspot anywhere all the time! Worth getting for sure!
