I rang the repairs division this morning to ask about a new battery for my phone Robert who answered the phone. He could not have been more helpful in sorting my phone. Excellent service. Thank you

iPhone stopped charging. Had tried cleaning the charging port myself but no joy. Thankfully for me, when I tried to book with Apple Genius store, no slots showing for over a week. Had seen this store on way to work many times so thought I would give a go as I feared being without phone which has been main point of contact during Covid and was even more important in run up to Christmas. I rang and they said to drop it down, which I did. Magic worked and phone sorted. Not going to say what I was charged but I CAN GUARANTEE that they would not have been a cheaper fix anywhere in Northern Ireland. Staff member super friendly and thank you to the magician in the back who sorted. I cannot stress enough the peace of mind I have now and can continue to maintain contact with family. Thanks you so much, stay safe and have a great Christmas to all in Uberfone

Great and friendly service but I’d esp like to thank Robert. He’s got a great way about him. My wee man has asd and his iPad broke. It helps my son with day to day life. Robert talked to my wee man about how long he’d have it and what he’d do. He worked faster than we expected and had it back to us the next day Robert would be a great person to send to all the other shops to teach them basic kindness and patients. He showed more humanity in two short visits than I’ve encountered in the 6yrs my son has been around. Thank you to you all the lovely Julie and your boss thank you

Called as my phone had cracked and got Natasha, literally the friendliest girl ever and soooo helpful. She told me to come straight over and they fixed my screen and gave me a coffee while I was waiting, I bought a cover aswel and it’s super robust. Thanks Natasha! Xxxxxxx
