The best for one on one personalised customer experience. I've been using fonecity for as long as they have been at this location which is many years and I get all my screens, covers, chargers, earphones from there. Excellent shop, I had my IPhone 6 screen replaced from another shop where I paid £65.00 and the screen touch never worked properly. Took it back twice still same issue. Advised by my work colleague to try Fonecity which I did and they diagnosed the fault as faulty screen. I had a new screen fitted by Fonecity for £45.00 with screen protector included and it's been over a month and it is working very good with no issues. Happy with service. Definitely recommend.

Is Fonecity recommendable? Last year I had an iPhone 5s and the touchscreen stopped working, I went to some random shop in town and they said they would fix it, however I left my phone in the shop for 2 weeks and they could not fix it,when i tried to charge the phone it wasnt working anymore . Now I have an iPhone 6 and the screen is flickering but still working apart from some letters on the keyboard, I went to apple store and they said they could fix it for £ 129, so i went to some next shop and they said they could fix my phone For £ 100. I decided to go Fonecity and they said it was £ 40, but my question is why is it so expensive in the other stores? I do not want the same thing that happens on my iPhone 5 Are they good? Can someone give me opinions?

The service is quite extraordinary, you get a plan of action, estimated cost, time, yada yada, yada So let me tell you My STORY Once upon a time my smartphone phone update wouId not complete Took it into Fone City you know the rest Twice upon a time another smartphone volume button did not work Took it into Fone City you know the rest If you think the shop out of way/ an easy repair can be handled by another think gain OK the phone I wanted since it was announced by Samsung and waited and waited I finally got we were really close microphone to ear! Never had a problem with this phone until it displayed "KERNEL PANIC UPLOAD MODE” Google it and flash the phone, ie USB connection reload software Instead, yeah instead? of going to Fone City I went else where and it cost me the phone Irreparable mother board damage Fone City helped me diagnose the fault now was total Long story short (as you can see from my review of the "shop"*** I did made the mistake of taking it to ) I had take court action to get them to pay up, as I had NO phone [worse, my phone was in pristine, sellable if I had wanted to now junk ] Fone City is simply the best, and YES there are other quite good shops out there, but if you ZERO RISK of meeting them stick to Fone City.... **** click on my name to see review
