I would like to compliment Midland Telecom on their telephone engineer by the name of Ian Riley. He has serviced our telephones at No8 Barrister Chambers in Birmingham for an excess of twenty years. He has given perfect satisfaction in every respect being industrious, technically talented and perfectly trustworthy. He is the 'Poster Boy' for Midland Telecom. We would have no problem in recommending him to any other company. I would suggest to Midland Telecom they give him a big pay rise and Directorship. We have only stayed with the company for all these years because of the wonderful service he has given us.

excellent and prompt service. peter stanek was very knowledgeable and a personable young man. we decided to change suppliers as B.T. were very pushy regarding their change from cables to fibre lines and it would have cost us considerably more each year. midland telecom are actually cheaper than b.t. for our current supplies and i believe b.t. are increasing their prices from april this year. all in all - good move!!!
