Malik deserves a commendation as he was the kindest and most considerate person ever. Not only was he helping my family, he was helping other customers as well, showing them the kindness and helpfulness that he showed us. Even though he seemed to be working hard enough for 3 people, he was attentive and friendly with them all.
I can not praise Malik enough, he is the definition of a model employee.

K. H.I got the new samsung galaxy a71 from this store yesterday. Normally the service is great but I found it a bit different this time. I found the guy who served was a little pushy in trying to get you to buy something your not interested in. 35 pound for a phone case I don't think so. And also I noticed they didn't go through you contract as well as they normally do. Explaining your tariff and they never said how long I have to return the phone if I decided to. I put some of this down to the virus and them not wanting people in the shop to long.
M. F.The staff were all very helpful when me and my wife went in to upgrade two phones, walked us through the entire process. They didn't try to pry me for a better deal when I went in dead set on one phone and tariff and they didn't try to take advantage of my wife's indecision about phones. They asked her what she wanted and presented her with her best option I stead of just pure sales pitches. They were even very helpful the next day when I returned a case that turned out not to be to my liking. 5 stars all round.

Visited the O2 Northfield store on Saturday.. was dealt with by a young man called Makiese..
Very polite knew his stuff answered all my questions and delivered what he promised..
Which was a seamless switch from another provider to O2.
Switch over happened today and couldn’t be happier.. 120gb for £20 sim only.. an absolute no brainier!
Now I can Bluetooth music in my car with no fear of running out of data 😅
