The staff at three were very helpful but I was not amused when l tried to cancel a contract and do a renewal. Mumbai decisions were not a very good advertisement for overall satisfactory with the staff at Perry Barr. Hence see ratings.

Had a issue with my phone was working in the area popped in as my local 3 at Merry Hill staff are useless.!! I received a very excellent service that restored my faith in 3 the ladies that helped me were excellent informative and always smiling,I know how hard it is in retail to keep this up as companies strive for top spot in all sectors..Well done to this store.Problem resolved happy customer.!!
