The peeps in here are very helpful. I have had nothing but good advice and good customer service. I feel bad because I can't remember the name of the last person to help me today but yeah top man. They are good at keeping personal information safe-I once forgot my password so they wouldn't let me access my account(a good thing), however I provided enough information and proof of who I was so they could then help me access my account. They don't try to push upselling aggressively(I hate when sales teams are like this) and if you give them a price range they really go the extra mile to make sure you leave with something that suits you. Hope this helps others make up their minds to go, even just for a browse.

went in knowing what I wanted, home broadband, but with some questions. member of staff I spoke to was happy to answer my questions, suggested things I might also be interested in but didn't try any hard sales. Went in to get a new phone today. Phil and his team are a great friendly bunch and gave great customer service. Jarron sorted me out with the phone I wanted. Couldn't ask for a better service

Crowded. Staff is average. Coverage is worse. Only provider to give you bottomless data though, so go for it if your definition of 4G speeds is a megabit a minute. Would give them two stars, but the irony of giving three stars to Three is hard to resist.
