R. G.I went to get my phone upgrade yesterday and was looked after by Jason at the bournemouth centre branch.
He was wonderful, very knowledgeable, very understanding and extremely friendly. I was in and out within about 45mins and you could have thought that we were age-old friends the amount we chatted and the subjects we covered! He was so kind and made sure I understood everything as well as got what I needed. Please give this guy a raise, he's great.
All the other gents were perfect too, all very friendly and helpful, I just didn't get their names.
