Recently taken in my Samsung 21 for a full screen LCD replacement after being quoted some silly prices across town. The people who served me were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They matched my best price given and fixed my phone within 3 days. (Went on Saturday afternoon and was ready for collection on Tuesday) Great service, highly recommend - will go back again if I need anything phone based!

absolutely amazing service and lovely people! my phone was stolen on monday & the people who took it brought it into the shop and tried to wipe it. thankfully, the team realised it was stolen and confiscated the phone to which they held it until i was able to use find my iphone to come and collect it. it’s in good condition besides the people having taken my phone case! so grateful to you all X

I was recommended to take my phone here to get my screen and back camera fixed. All I can say is the service was amazing and they were very helpful! Also they fixed it in less than 24hrs (as it got sent away) and my phone now looks and works like a brand-new one. This is only my second time visiting this shop. Today, I went to go get my screen protector replaced cause the ones I keep ordering online are cheap and not good at all. I found the screen protector I needed a little pricey but at least it'll be better than the cheaper ones that I'm getting online. But overall an excellent service and I was told to come back in ten minutes but decided since the weather was horrible, I'd wait in the store. Had a lovely chat with one of the workers whilst I was waiting with a friend and just overall impressed with how welcoming they were. Hands down the best phone shop. Defiantly recommend.

In Staff Mitchells is full of positive enthusiasm to assist you in most supportive and welcoming way.
