The work is completed to the highest professional standard, I have never waited longer than 30 minutes for the work to be completed, and the prices they charge could not be more fair and honest. I came in expecting to pay a reasonable £45 to replace a loose port on my Huawei P30 Pro, but the gent doing the repairs was able to simply clean the port for a tenner and it was good as new. Explained how the buildup of compressed dust ended up making it *feel* loose. Such a pleasure to find a fast, honest, affordable pro in my area. Was so pleased I treated myself to a newer, better charging cable and still only spent £20 for everything.

Amazing service, wouldn't go anywhere else. My Samsung needed a new screen which was ready to collect the next day with a new Samsung screen (none of the fake stuff), the frame, which was scratched and chipped, has also been replaced so now it's good as new! This place is 100 percent the best fix it place i have ever had the privialge to step foot in. I had an issue with the charging port on my OnePlus 7Pro not that long ago which meant I couldn't recharge the battery. Wanting immediate help, I reached out to a few phone/electronic repair shops in the Bournemouth area. Wow!! Just wow!! Had my Samsung s21 ultra front screen and back of phone fixed buy this outstandingly amazing, competent, professional, well organised company 2pm phoned up and the next day before lunch time my phone was fixed. Considering they had to wait for the part to be delivered. After part arrived 1 hour it took them to get my phone done. I cannot praise this company enough, kept all my data on my phone the lot! Had some charging issues with my phone. They found the problem, ordered the needed part and went back in to fix it within a few days. Received a quote and did not have to pay anything until repairs were completed. Very useful warranty on the repairs as well. Would highly recommend if you are having issues with your phone. (Oh yeah I also happen to have a random Motorola phone, not a standard iPhone or Samsung but they had no problem finding the solution)

I took my Huawei phone in here to see if there was anything could be done as the camera was taking blurry pics. They ordered a dual camera part for me, I left my phone, which they gave me a receipt for. They called me 3 days later, camera was fixed and back to taking high quality pics. I was able to pay on Google pay which was great. They had also put a new back on my phone for free as they said the paint peeled off when they took the back off. Rare to write a review before becoming a customer but quality and experience demand for it. Following on from a seemingly broken element on my phone I carried out some small-scale local research by visiting a few shops. My impression was that David and WeFix staff were friendly, knowledgeable as well as very reasonably priced, most importantly I felt I can trust them. In the end my phone 'fixed itself' but it is good to know where to go if I need help repairing something. This place was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! I had my OnePlus 7T screen repaired which is not a very common phone and has a hefty price tag. I contacted We Fix as my mobile had finished up in my washing machine ! The advice was to take it along to the shop as it needed an examination of the amount of damage incurred if any. I duly visited them and was asked to leave my mobile with them saying it would be ready later that afternoon. After a couple of hours i received a call to say the mobile had not suffered serious water damage and was ready to be collected. There are some slightly cheaper places around but I went with We Fix as they were extremely professional, efficient and very friendly and courteous when I initlally phoned them. 100% recommend We Fix - service is absolutely First Class and my teen's Iphone now looks brand new. The screen had been shattered from dropping and wasn't responding as it should. Excellent service at an excellent price. I had foolishly opened the back of my Samsung Galaxy A51, resulting in dust on the lens which spoilt photos. I had also delaminated the back of the phone in the process. WeFix ordered me a new back which arrived the next day, also had a replacement camera in stock. The whole fix was completed while I waited, and for a very low price. My phone is now as good as new. Very impressed with service, both speed and price. Highly recommended.

I took my Motorola G6 plus into We Fix late on a Friday morning to see if they could repair the screen which was badly cracked at the bottom. Lauren said hopefully it should be here tomorrow. Sure enough it was. I was advised it would take an hour. The time was spot on. I was quoted a price on the Friday. Even though the job was more complicated than expected, I wasn't charged any extra. Great friendly service. I would happily recommend Lauren and David. Hopefully I won't have to go back. But if I do have any other issues technical or accidental I know where I'll be heading..... sent a whatsapp at 8.59pm last Monday evening after my partners phone switch off and wouldn't come back on, nightmare as he hadn't updated his iCloud with the pictures of our daughter. Got a response at 9.01pm suggesting what the problem maybe and to go in the next day to get it sorted, this quick reply gave us hope straight away. Went in the following morning, explained I had messaged and they knew who I was straight away. Did what they could to get it up and running so the iCloud could be done so we didn't lose stuff. He explained it would cost so much to fix it but probably not worth it given the age of the phone- honest response which I appreciated. Changed my phone battery while I was there so did a better price as I got both done. Last got my phone battery changed elsewhere (regrettably) about 15 months ago, poor quality battery and not stuck in so told that's probably why it didn't last long. Will always recommend and travel to from Poole for the great, friendly, trustworthy repair! Thanks :)

Good, friendly, honest folk. Sadly they were unable to fix my phone but made no charge for all their time diagnosing. They explained everything behind the fault and offered me advice on backing up the phone in future. They are obviously very busy because of the decent service they offer so you might have to call for them for updates!

Went in there today with a Samsung S8. The screen had totally frozen and I could do nothing with it. I could receive calls, but not end them, or make them, or see who was calling. quick and efficient service even over the busy xmas period. i was sure the cooling fan on my laptop had broken so was given a price for a new part and labour which was very fair.upon pick up of my device they said it was just a small screw that had broken off the rear cover and got stuck in the fan blades stopping it rotating so no need for a new part just labour cost to investigate the problem and remove the screw which i thought was very honest as they could have charged me full price and i wouldnt have known any different! would highly recommend.

I was very happy to be told that if I brought it in it would be fixed in 15-20 mins whilst I wait, and the cost was £30. This was cheaper than other places. The owner was very helpful and it was fixed in minutes. I then had network problems with the phone, and this was mended free of charge as the part was only a small charge. My experience with We Fix has been VERY positive. Just a great service. My smashed iPhone screen was replaced in less time than it took me to buy a sandwich from the nice ladies next door. If Screwdriver Handling were an olympic sport Dave would be bringing home some golds. While you wait iPhone battery replacement, and a huge range of gadget repairs. They are extremely honest - while I was waiting someone came in with a cracked screen for replacement, and it turned out to be just the glass protector. The staff pointed this out and so he only had to spend £5.00 on a new protector instead of £40.00 on the screen. They also do Samsung and many other brands.

By far the best service and value for money in Bournemouth and Poole. Having extensively looked into repairs for my iPhone, Mac and iPad, I had looked at a number of options in Bournemouth Poole and Holdenhurst Road itself. I visited a number of local shops however did not feel comfortable leaving my possessions there and prices we astronomical. Thank goodness for We Fix!
