When into holdenhurst road branch as I was convinced I had broken my charging port on my iPhone. Rather than just taking my word for it, the guys spent time cleaning out my port and managed to fix it. The staff were all extremely polite and chatty while I waited and didn’t charge for the port clean. Fantastic experience highly recommend

10/10 for honesty, integrity and professionalism. My wife and I dropped past for some advice and help upgrading her 2012 Macbook Pro. Rather than take the easy option, and easy cash, of saying sure they took the time to explain that in fact although they would be happy to do it, it would be a short term fix as it could not be upgraded to the latest OS version. Really impressed by the integrity, and will definitely be returning top them in the future for any IT help we need.
