L.Always get good customer service here and staff will help you get the right device and contract for your needs, you won't be pushed into buying what you don't need as they are not on a commission based Target so don't be worried your going to walk out of shop with a device and plan you don't want. Been using this outlet for many years now and will keep on going back for my needs and my family's needs.
IMO the O2 network is by far the best around for coverage as well. Also the flexibility of the plans you can get are second to none and you can alter the plan/s and pay off devices quicker (O2 refresh) without any incurred costs.
The O2 app is a good plus as well, as you can track you usage and costs with ease from your device or web browser after you sign in.
