Want to say Thanks to the team at iSmash Brighton. I had a problem with my iPhone, so I called them for a quote to fix it. The Quote they gave me was very reasonable, so I went in to their store and got a better deal then I was quoted over the phone, Super! I got my phone fixed in less then 4 minutes and I paid less then I was expecting to. gotta say, I'm super happy over all with my experience at iSmash Brighton.

Yeah what can I be other than blissful thankfulness, I came in with a mangled screen protector and a problem with the charging. This absolute unit (Ben I recall) cleaned it up, got me a stronger protector and made my phone brand spanking new! It’s like I said blissfully thankful.

I have booked a battery replacement in advance. It was advertised, that it just takes as much as 30 minutes. When I got there the guy was not too welcoming at all. They did not look too busy either. The guy took my phone, was going to hand it over to his colleague, then his colleague said he is just going onto his brake. I can come back to collect the phone in about 2-3 hours. If I was just walking into the shop and asking for something to be done with my phone and they say its gonna take hours or days, I would say fair enough. But what is the point to book an appointment, then when you get there being told that sorry, I am just going onto my brake. Like if they did not know it, that this phone will come in at that time for that job.... The job was done within 3 hours, (despite the advertisement of 30 mins), however I do not think that this is the right attitude towards the costumers. How can you say Im going on my break when there has an appointment been made. Job has been well done at the end, but costumer service was rubbish...

A few things I really didn't like about ismash They hardly ever answer the phone. They didn't give me a full quote before the work was done. The boy I found to be unhelpful and rude. The location is difficult to get to if you don't live in Brighton. What I did like was Friendly staff, who repair to a high standard. Quick turnaround.

Came on Sunday 22nd May after I booked an appointment for my smashed phone! The guy was really nice and fixed my phone before the hour he told me to come back! I didn’t get his name!

Arrived to my appointment I booked on online but it was shut, waited around in the rain with some other customers that were confused as well. Why does it let me book an appointment online when it is closed ? The customer service agent has said they will stop this issue happening again after I emailed.

We had an issue with a Google 4a. Google said it couldn't possibly be a fault with the phone and it must have been my wife's fault. Google's customer service would only email, and not take calls. By this point I'd been advised by Google chat that iSmash can repair phones and it keeps the warranty. So I reached out to iSmash and the whole issue change! iSmash customer services not only phoned me to speak directly with me but they also phoned Google to iron out Google's misunderstanding of the situation. Petar in the Brighton store also went above and beyond to help with a situation that in all honesty he really didn't have to bother with. I was amazed at how willing this whole team were to help when they really didn't have to. I was blown away that iSmash treated me like a long serving customer of theirs compared to Google who treated me like 'you paid for the phone we don't care now'. Incredible all round service from iSmash. It's not somewhere I'd have trusted from the website or looking at the store but I'm so glad we did as this is my new phone repairs of choice !!! Excellent customer service. The Brighton team (especially Beau) went above and beyond to source my screen - my phone is very new and more of a unique model. The price was cheaper than the quotes I received everywhere else. After receiving the part they fixed it within a couple of hours. I dropped it off at lunch and picked it up after work. I dropped my phone and smashed all the glass on my way to work. I made an appointment with ismash for a few hours later after researching various repair outlets. The service was great and they price matched the offer i had received elsewhere. It took about 45 minutes and I managed to fit this in during my lunch break. I would certainly recommend them.

Lovely people who make you feel really welcome! They fixed my charging port on my iPhone 7+ within 2 hours. Very good!!!! Would highly recommend going there to get anything fixed on your phone! Apple told me to get another phone but Ismash fixed it for me for a small fee!!

They had to order in a part for my phone repair, they said they'd call me in a few days to say it had arrived but never did. However when, two and a half weeks later, they finally had the part they did my Sony xperia XA perfectly, I am very happy with the final result. It took an hour and a half, which was faster then any other places I looked at and was cheaper than other places. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend (I got the impression that what happened with my part was not something that happened often and they were very apologetic)

Cheaper than the pop up mobile repair shops and so friendly. Didnt have my colour to match my front screen to my actual phone but gave me realistic times of when possible. I chose a different screen and they had it done in just over an hour.

MY Samsung Galaxy S7 was getting on a bit.. cracked screen and battery life failing. Took it to iSmash who replaced the screen and battery for a reasonable price and very quickly (less than 2 hours). The new screen works perfectly, and the battery life is much improved, almost like the phone is brand new again. Would recommend!

I've had 2 dealings with iSmash Brighton. The first was when I got water into my MacBook about a year ago and they sorted it out for me and have had no problems since. The second was replacing a battery in my iPad pro. Unfortunately just by shear bad luck the battery was faulty and they changed it immediately and now everything is perfect. They are a really nice bunch of guys, extremely friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Booked an appointment the day before I arrived. The time between handing them the smashed phone to being finished with a brand new screen was between 20-30 minutes. Excellent customer service. I did try Apple but unfortunately, they would not replace the screen due to being “not recommended by our engineers”! Touches are accurate and the screen’s colour tone is ‘cooler’ than the OEM which I prefer. The brightness of the new screen is about 90% of the OEM. It’s not noticeable during regular use, but may be a problem when out in the sun or while wearing polarised shades. Comes with a 12 month warranty.
