Took my phone in, told the guy I needed the charging port changed. he said cost 45 to 55 quid. Anyway when I came to collect phone about an hour later he said that the phone charging port just needed a clean and the cost was 20 quid. A very honest, polite and professional business. I highly recommend.

Excellent shop. The employees are welcoming and very nice. They took my phone and repaired the screen until 8 pm so that I could get it on time while the shop should be closed by 6 pm. They will always try do to their best and put effort . In addition, the quality is amazing for its price!!! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service, door to door delivery, and great price! At the worst possible time my hard drive gave up and my laptop was completely unusable. They were knowledgeable about the issue and I was given different options for fixing the laptop, with different costs and timings. The fix was really fast, and through Whatsapp they kept me updated for every step of the way. Couldn't ask for better service or cost, given the circumstances. NIce fella and great chat too!

Absolute hero. Cheapest quote by far to replacae my charger port and battery. Then, fixed my charger porter (as it didn't need replacing) for free and dropped the price down. Really happy with the customer and technical service. A gentleman and a consumate professional!

First class, friendly service. I have used their services twice in the last few weeks for a iPhone unlocking and an iPhone battery and screen replacement. They are really knowledgable and helpful and give you really good sound advice. A breath of fresh air when you are not particularly tech savvy and don't get the usual tech jargon and overpricing to go with it. These guys are highly recommended, they are my new go-to tech guys.

I broke my the screen on my new phone, they fixed it it fir me but there was a slight issue. I didn't take it back until after warranty ran out but they still sorted the issue free of charge. Friendly service, cheaper than other shops I checked and phone works good as new now. From now on, I will be using Techworld to fix all the things I drop.

After reading good reviews about this company I took my phone in for a repair. Previously being ripped off by a different second hand/repair electrical shop I was reluctant to trust another one. Thankfully, this experience was completely different to my previous one. Absolutely professional, and couldn't have been more helpful. They put me at ease by explaining the whole process to me and what to expect. They were friendly, fast and efficient as well as being reasonably priced. The over all experience was very positive and I highly recommend them.

Fixed a smashed screen within a matter of hours as I expressed that I was in a rush, very student friendly. The worker gifted me a free glass screen protector and offered to repair the screen for free if there were any more issues. So far no issues as the job was so well done - all for a reasonable price.

The service has been amazing and at Christmas I bought a 2nd hand present that came without a charger, George found us the right one and that made Christmas happen. When we got a free laptop without a cable, George found the right one, when we needed a phone fan for a kids project, George found one. Basically we love George!!

Really good shop with great service. Had a water damaged laptop right around the time I was having to hand in assessed work at uni. Not ideal. The guys in the shop were incredibly helpful though and we're able to get off all the documents I needed offering amazing customer service. Very reliable and fast service. My wife's iPhone screen has been replaced so many times here (not because it wasn't done well, she just keeps dropping it) she was given a free screen protector too. Would recommend for phone repairs! Phone screen replaced within 2 hours every time.

Went in about a week ago, knew my laptop fan was faulty. I ordered the correct replacement online to save my self some time. (They would of done it themselves but I was confident I bought the right one). Came in to the store during the day. They fixed it in about 1 hour and 30 minutes at a very fair cost. Brought in broken Samsung A5, touch screen was completely unresponsive. Luckily, I was able to find Techworld!!! Very helpful, reasonable price considering the damage and the amount of disassembly and reassembly required for this model. The lovely man who took care of my phone was very friendly, made sure I was completely happy with the repair and tested all the features of the phone. It was all done in a few days over the weekend as he had to order the parts for the phone. Best place!!

Peter is very friendly, helpful, and they all provide a great service at TechWorld. I genuinely haven't been to a nicer internet cafe/computer maintenance shop ever before. Lovely people with a real understanding of customer needs; you're in a rush and you need a print job done quickly, or you've got a laptop with a broken screen and you need it looked at and working by tomorrow, they'll do it. Overall, nice to talk to and offering their many services at good rates! So glad this place is on my street, thanks guys!

Very competent repair to a tea-soaked laptop. I'd say that the communication wasn't perfect initially, but this rapidly improved in the following days (it took a little while for the laptop to dry out). A reasonable price and an undertaking that they wouldn't charge if they couldn't fix it.
