J. F.Sadly due to a personal commitment engineer was unable to arrange a visit, however he took the time to talk me through process in order to get the broadband & tv working. All together a a rly helpful, friendly guy who followed up a couple of days later to ensure all was working.
J. T.Kevin responded promptly to my phone call and rang to give me notice of his arrival time. He helped me out on a small job without fuss and at a much better price than my provider. He was polite, courteous and has a good sense of humour!
