Super smooth and easy experience. Roland opened up my phone while I waited and got it open, no problems. He cleaned my camera and the lens and everything looks perfect. I hung around while he did it and we had some interesting conversation! Would highly recommend!

I had received great service from Roland for the cracked screen on my phone caused by me dropping it, and now I have a screen that works perfectly. Whilst there was some issues with the first screen that was initially used in the replacement through no fault of my own, I took the phone back to Roland and as per the 12 month warranty he ordered a new screen which was then put onto my phone and now I am experiencing absolutely no issues with the phone. The price of the service, especially given its great nature, is good relative to the price it would cost in other phone repair shops in Bristol. Thank you Roland, your service was much appreciated 👊

Took my iPhone to Roland to get new screen as I had dropped it and the screen had smashed. He replaced promptly. I did have a problem with it failing to work after a week or so but returned to Roland who replaced it with a new one without any extra cost. His premises are convenient and he is easily contactable if you have any problems. I would highly recommend.

I was desperately trying to get a phone fixed. The phone had been broken by a different store and I rang around many different shops who wouldn’t help me and just kept referring me back to the original store that damaged the phone. Needed my camera lens replacing. The replacement part was ordered immediately after I contacted Dr Fixit and I took my phone to him 2 days later for the new lens. He was very friendly and helpful and repaired the lens within 40 minutes, and asked me to take some photos to check the repair had worked and I was happy with performance. Also, he lives right next to a public footpath running through beautiful countryside, so good use of waiting time whilst he fixes phone is a quick stroll!
