w. m.What a true gem this shop and the staff is. I had to travel abroad and a day before flying my phone got broken. I went to another shop and they said it would take about 3-4 days to get it fixed and since you’re travelling the next day, you should get a new phone. I thought I’ll try some other shop before buying a new phone and went to Fix-A-Fone. They managed to fix my phone on the same day and saved me a fortune. Can’t thank them enough for saving me from the stress and anxiety of not having the phone on you. Thanks very much guys

Took it to fix a fone and the service I received was great. The lady was able to identify what she thought was wrong with the phone (needed a new screen).
The phone was repaired and ready to pick up within the hour.

g.goodness, the service is immaculate, and the people there are very much friendly and super fast too! sometimes they give out chocolates and each time I've been there for advice about my ipad/other apple decices I own, they always gently explain things in a way I understand, as an elderly person, it's hard to find people who are willing to do this. good luck! i hope it goes well 😊

I took it to the shop and it turned out there were more problems than first envisage
The lady and man are very knowledgeable and explained things on my level not me feel like an idiot.
All this was done on personal level. They went above and beyond what was was expected i wouldn't hesitate in going backto.i felt listened to.

1.I had shattered my phone screen of my iPhone and had it replaced at GoPhone Thornbury which was a super quick service and I had my phone back within an hour. After taking the phone home I realised that I could not hear any sound when I received an incoming call so I took the phone straight back and explained the issue to the helpful shop assistant. This issue was quickly resolved after having my phone sent off and repaired. I would like to thank you for a very quick and friendly service consistently from this store!

make a long story very short after having some major problems with now i can say my last phone provider ??? . me and my husband decided to check out the go phone shop in st Mary shopping center st Mary st.thornbury bs352. we both was greeted with a friendly smile from a young lady and gentleman .we explained or situation and with in 15 minuets they both resolved ore problem with a fantastic deal the young gentle man should be working for N.A.S.A. a to wizard . i wold highly rec-amend this shop to any one for great deals and a superb customer service as i have to my friends and customer thank you so much .wen your free guys pop in for a drink on the house THANK YOU BOTH at go phone ltd. regards the management.
