My I phone 11 screen smashed and I was directed to go to I Smash. I was helped by brilliant chap called Kyle. I wanted to leave a review to let anyone know how helpful and also informative he was. Kyle is a great asset to I Smash as after being in to see him I will always use the store now. As a family of 4 we obviously have a lot of screens etc so finding Kyle was great. Thank you

Walked in today and Kyle was absolutely superb. Friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process to me and how long it would take. He said an hour to replace screen and the back and he was spot on. I strongly recommend ismash and Kyle. Great service thank you.

Reading the reviews, I thought that I would try this company for a new screen protector for my iPhone. Located in the ‘Sky’ store in Cribbs Causeway, iSmash have their own little section at the back. Morty sorted it all in minutes! Reasonable prices and replacements for life, pretty faultless really. Happy days! 😀

Kyle and Marian have both fixed my phone a total of three times. They’re helpful and give good information by explaining what they are doing with good depth. When all hope was lost after my phone went in a swimming pool, they managed to save it and it is still working till this day. Thank you both so much! I would highly recommend the experience for everyone. Good quality and good value for money with very friendly staff!

Came in with a weird problem with my phone. My screen was separated from a previous place who repaired it. Kyle and Teddy took over an hour to look at my phone and figure out the botched job the previous guy did! They were fantastic and really helpful, clearly explained the problems and helped unlock my phone and fix its problems. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their phones repaired and will definitely return in the future should I need my phone fixed again. Thanks so much guys!!!

These guys are hands down, far and away the best repair shop in Bristol. Get to Cribbs if you can but the Broadmead store is just as good. Everyone friendly, knowledgeable and services are FAST and fairly priced. Big up

I went into this shop today with a Samsung Note 20 that suffered from constantly disconnecting headphones via a USB-C headphone adapter - I thought it might be down to a loose or broken connector inside the phone. However, the technician in the shop, Kyle, instantly recognized the adaptor had some corrosion on the pins which I could not see, and advised me to replace it. He also cleaned out the slot, and then quoted me a very reasonable price in case a replacement adaptor didn't work. Throughout, he was happy to share his excellent knowledge of various potential causes of the issue, but there was never any pressure for me to try any steps that might be costly and unnecessary. I'm happy to say that I've just tried my phone with the original headphones with a USB-C jack, which I thought were long lost, and they work just fine with no disconnection, even though I can gently jiggle the jack around. This would have instantly caused the old adaptor to disconnect. So Kyles advice was spot on, and didn't cost me a thing. I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendly approach and level of knowledge on show, and if I have any phone repair needs in the future I won't hesitate to return to iSmash in the Mall. Highly recommended!
