I came to this location after dealing with the terrible customer service in the cribs causeway location. The customer service in this location is far superior. The staff were very helpful and made me feel valued as a customer. The gentleman even helped me by putting on my screen protector for me.

I went to the O2 store in Bradley Stoke for the first time as my SIM stopped working. I received fantastic customer service and the staff went out of their way to sort out the issue. It would have been easy for them to say it could not be fixed and I would have been non the wiser, however they persevered and dedicated a lot of time to finding a solution. I was incredibly impressed with their commitment and it was refreshing to experience such great customer service when it feels that it is lacking in so many companies. I will always go to this store, even if I move out of the area and would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Willow Brook team!

Very good service easily found a suitable phone that was in my budget, staff were very helpful, friendly and social able. Purchased a Huawei P30 and it is very good and above what i expected. The only downside is they gave me the wrong case but other than that 10/10 would recommend. It was also very easy to join O2 as i was with EE Before.

I wanted to say Thank You to Jon Davies who helped me buy a new iPhone last week. He was knowledgeable, patient (I do ask a lot of questions), friendly and didn't make me feel daft when I didn't understand the technology. I can't praise him enough and just wish all customer service staff were as professional. It makes a real difference when using a new phone knowing that everything has been explained, both the technology and the finance, and that if there is a problem I can go back to get it resolved. Thank you once again Jon.

Recently my Huawei P9 screen had cracked, rendering it useless and unable to input anything through. As my replacement arrived, I realised I had been a fool and not backed up my information to my SD card. After a quick chat with their competitor, Carphone Warehouse, also located in the Willow Brook Centre, I was exceptionally disappointed in the uninterested and bored attitude of a young sales assistant with blond/brown hair in the store, who resumed looking at his phone the second I stopped talking, brushing off my issue as unfixable. Worried that my information would be lost for good, I popped into O2 on the off-chance they would be able to help. Initially speaking to a young lady, her two other colleagues chimed in with some advice and a gentleman provided me with a USB-C to USB adaptor which allowed me to control my phone with a keyboard and mouse. With this, I was able to back up all my data and pass it all over seamlessly to my replacement. He generously allowed me to borrow the adaptor for an hour, averting my issue at hand. Despite having not even bought my phone from the store, the staff were remarkably helpful and absolutely put to shame the shoddy customer service of Carphone Warehouse, and any of my future custom or help needed will be directed to O2. 10/10 service, glad I popped in, would absolutely recommend. Staff very helpful, I needed help with my phone, but needed to speak with customer service, on the phone. I have mental health issues, and customer services on the phone was not helpful. They would not let the staff in store help me with my issues. The staff in store was frustrated by this. I don't blame in-store staff.
