Amazing service!! I've used these guys quite a few times now. Always quick, efficient and good value for phone & ipad repairs. My most recent experience was that a phone repair hadn't quite worked. While I waited they repeated the repair with new components but refused to take payment as the initial repair was less than 12 months ago. Phone now working 100% and I'm a very happy customer!!! Great service!!

When your phone stops working it is an emergency, or can be. Such a relief to be able to go to TalkbackComms even on a Saturday and have them help. I didn't think they would deal with very basic phones but they do, no problem. A great asset to Portishead!

Absolutely brilliant service!!! My daughter cracker her screen whilst on holiday, we rang talkback comms to ask if they could book us in for repair when we got home, they luckily had a screen in stock so kept it aside until we came back home and took it straight in for repair and was done within the hour!!! I recently had a bit of a complicated phone swap over, I'd broken my phone and the insurance company wanted to swap phones, but I didn't want to lose all my stuff when I inevitably had to wipe the broken one. Talkback helped me store then reupload to the new phone, and worked around my busy schedule, helping me immensely. Professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Great company, highly recommend them.

We are so lucky to have this shop in Portishead. My phone was fixed in excellent time and good value for money...shame the same cannot be said for Apple who although they were open yesterday, refused to service my phone that was only broken due to their automatic update. It truly was George to the rescue today and i now have my phone back in full working order. Couple that with great customer service and the convenience of not having to leave town makes one very happy customer. I urge everyone to make this your first port of call and support local! My battery in my iphone was really dying so I left it withTalkback Comms to replace it. They called me to advise there were signs of water damage inside and wanted to check I wished to proceed. Excellent customer care! I did proceed and am very happy with the service received at a reasonable price. All sorted in an hour or so. Definitely recommend this local company.

I had a problem with the lock button on my iPhone se, the team at Talkback Comms quickly identified the problem and repaired the phone while I went for a quick walk to the Marina. I felt my phone was in very safe hands and the team are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I said that I had been thinking of changing my phone to the se(2020) but wanted a 256gb, but these were now discontinued. The team at Talkback Comms were able to source a pre-loved se(2020) 256gb in like new condition for me, just collected it couldn’t be more thrilled, they even fitted a free tempered glass screen protector ( all I needed to do was to follow them on Facebook, have already found a really useful post about making better use of my screen time, thanks guys! ) I chose Talkback Comms as they had great reviews and felt the journey from Weston super Mare to Portishead was worth it to have my phone properly repaired, can’t recommend the team there more highly, thank you.

Amazing service!!! :) I spoke to Tim at 1450hrs and asked if it was possible to repair my phone that afternoon. He said yes :) I'd requested a quote on line. I'd cracked the screen at the bottom next to the home button. It was becoming very difficult to use. When I showed Tim my phone he said "Oh we've given you the wrong price." Oh no I thought, this is going to cost me more than I expected. BUT No, I'd got the wrong model of phone and so he said it was cheaper than the quote they'd given me. :) 5/5 * For Honesty - Someone less honest could have charged me the quoted price and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. So thank you so much for that. :) 5/5* For Service - My phone was repaired within 1 hour and back to new working condition :) Fantastic Service overall, I will recommend you to my friends and family. Excellent, friendly service. I dropped my phone whilst leaving work at 8.30 am and seriously damaged the screen. I contacted Talkback Comms, took my phone in as agreed and by 9.50 am, received an e-mail saying the repair was complete and my phone ready for collection. Highly recommended!

Talkback comms are great! They have fix many of my and my partners phones. Recently my phone got run over and it was a mess! Everywhere was quoting loads... Tim very helpful and friendly. Has previously fixed a phone screen for me within a couple of hours and has just bought my old phone off me for a better price than anywhere else and money in my account same day. Very efficient and lovely to have on my doorstep! Would highly recommend!

I've used Talkback Comms a few times over the years for screen and battery replacements on iPhones and they always do a great job. I recently went elsewhere for a screen replacement (I was in London for a few days and it was an emergency) but the other repair centre actually damaged my phone when they took it apart. It was completely unusable as I couldn;t charge it and it kept switching off. Talkback Comms were able to repair the damage so my phone is working again, they saved all the photos I hadn't backed up (I am now backing up now). They always do a great job and I trust them.

Extremely quick turnaround fixing the home button on my iPhone 6s Plus - explained from the off that fingerprint recognition wouldn’t be possible but normal home button function would, which I was fine with. Really reasonable price especially when compared with Apple’s heinous prices to have this repair carried out! Was done within the hour, really impressed.

Great experience! Had struggled with a defective home button on my iphone for ages thinking it would cost a fortune to sort out. Talkback quoted £29.99 and said it would take an hour. Dropped it in at 9 am and at 10 am collected it fixed and working just like a new phone. Delighted with the service. Highly recommended.

Have used TalkBack Comms MANY times - my children have always bought their phones and accessories from there, and use them whenever they need a repair - usually to a screen... Always a great service, super quick, reasonably priced and hugely knowledgeable staff.

Have managed to smash my screen about 3 times and George has always had it fixed quickly and at a great price! He's fixed both my android and my brothers iPhone. Recommend!!

I know people sometimes read these reviews and think 'fake' ... but seriously... My S10 screen smashed on saturday ..I dropped it off Monday ...It was finished by Wednesday lunchtime...and it looks brand new ... and it cost less than a cracked 2nd hand S8 ...and most importantly of all (and this is a game changer) I lost nothing... no factory reset ..no apps or messages lost ... the phone was exactly as I left it ... Had I gone through Samsung it would have been factory reset and I would have lost the lot .... What price would you honestly pay to have your phone exactly as you had it before the moment you broke it? Carlsberg don't do phone repair shops but if they did.. Talkback Comms would probably be the best phone shop in the world !!!!

I had a water damaged iPhone 5s that had gone through the washing machine which no longer worked or powered up. Left it in a bag of rice for a few days with no luck :( i googled iPhone repairs and came across talkback comms who are local to me and gave them a call and explained what had happened. They were very professional explained that the would dissect the phone and thoroughly clean metal contacts motherboard. few hours later I get a call to tell me that me iPhone had been resurrected! I am amazed and thankful that my phone could be repaired. I highly recommend these guys and will do to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
