G. L.I feel very lucky to live close to this phone shop! Customer service is very friendly and attentive. I've had two repairs done, one more major and one a tiny issue. Both times the team were quick, kind and did a great job -- and affordable! Nowadays when people are looking to keep their electronic devices for longer for environmental, cost reasons etc, a trustworthy and great phone shop is a great asset to Gloucester Road and north Bristol!
R. B.I was very impressed with the service. I had to upgrade my old iPhone and had been given an Android phone - a complicated procedure. Jack explained everything to me and was both proficient and efficient! He was also patient when answering all my questions.
I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs to upgrade their phone, and I shall definitely go back to them for a newer reconditioned phone when I need one.
B. C.If you have a faulty phone (smashed screen for me) I would 100% recommend that you take it to these guys at the phone shop. Other than just generally being the nicest, friendliest guys in town, they went to great lengths to get my phone fixed after I drove off with it on the roof of my car. They are honest, great at keeping you updated, and even supplied chocolate one Friday when I came to pick up my sim after a tough week at work! After the supplier had sent the wrong screen and then a faulty screen, they made the orders on special next day delivery so they came quickly and didn't charge me any extra money for it! They gave me a loan phone so I could stay connected also at no extra cost. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough, thank you Shane and Jack
M. T.If you are concerned about taking your phone to a 3rd party supplier DON’T BE!! Shane and his team are 100% honest and reliable. I’ve been taking my apple bits here for new parts for the last 12 years or so…Honestly I recommend his place and wouldn’t go to another.
L. K.My iPhone screen smashed, I messaged their facebook and they replied quickly and I had a same day appointment. Screen was replaced for a reasonable price and really quickly (1 hour-ish). The man kindly gave me a deal on my phone case and screen protector. They were all really friendly, warm and helpful. Had a nice conversation with them about non-phone stuff too. Definitely a happy customer! ❤️

They can supply both genuine part and third party options and are good with feedback. I couldn't recommend them more.
They even had vape pens in stock just when I ran out.

After having a horrible experience with the Apple store, I came to The Phone Shop here and was greeted instantly by the friendly staff in The Phone Shop. Explained my issue and got it checked - instantaneously. Apple store made me wait for 20 mins just for one of their Geniuses...
The Phone Shop staff (sorry I forgot your name!) confirmed my screen was internally damaged by pressure, but there wasn’t any cracks or smashed impact on the outside screen so it was a weird one. So it had to get replaced. It only cost me £60, with a lifetime warranty. To top it all off, it was 25 mins tops. I left a happier person and have started a personal vendetta against Apple stores repair services - which is why you’re reading this weirdly personal review…
Never go to Apple stores for repairs. Push and spread awareness for the Right to Repair act. Support local repair stores like this who obviously wants to REPAIR rather than SELL new phones without actually repairing (cough, that's Apple repair policy apparently. Try going in asking for a repair - they will first show you a repair fee that probably costs a week's worth of rent money, then they'll suggest you to get a new phone instead with just a slightly higher price than repairing).

J.I originally posted a review due to concerns about the rear glass quality and the front glass which delaminated.
I spoke to Zacc in store and the problems were sorted quickly and he replaced the parts. He also mentioned there was a lifetime warranty for quality issues which I wasn’t aware of. Happy with the resolution
- as a result would definitely recommend this phone repair shop due to the great customer service.
