Dodgy charging port on my Samsung S9+ was replaced in under 30 mins for a fair price. 10/10 would recommend to others and use again. Top tip: Al-Sham down the street have awesome coffee if you want to kill time while A&G are fixing your stuff.

don't know why there are so many low reviews, I had the best customer service from the individuals within this store. a store named Accessory World, messed me about and in fact stole my phone, and this store (A&G), were nice enough to provide me with a temporary phone and charger, until my cell was returned, all free of charge! Fantastic service. My phone suffered significant water damage, (I dropped it in the loo) they fixed it - it then developed another fault that was linked to the corrosion it suffered they still fixed that as well and gave me a loan phone to use so I wasn't without a phone for the day. About a month later the phone stopped charging - again because of the water damage - a different part of the phone... and free of charge they gave me a wireless charger. Really helpful, kept on helping with an on-going problem.

What can I say. I've been using a&g mobile for the last 2/3 years. Due to to my job we are forever damaging our phones. A&g repair phones while you wait and offer a prompt professnol Serivce. After smashing my screen to the point of rendering the phone out of action, I thought I was going to be without a phone for the best part of a week and out of pocket at least £100. I wasn't very happy as you can imagine. So I popped into A&G. I'd been there before for phone cases and minor repairs. I asked the guy how much a new screen would cost. He tells me £60. Result. More than happy with that. So, now, how long am i going to be without a phone for? "Hmmmm" he thinks. "About 2 hours!" WHATTTTTTT????? I handed him my phone. He took the sim card out and put it in a courtesy phone to see me through the 2 hours. He rang me just over an hour later saying that my phone was reedy to collect. WHAT A FANTASTIC SERVICE. Recommend these guys all day long. Top notch. Thanks a bunch A&G COMMUNICATIONS. 👍
