I popped into EE to check some new phones out as I am due an upgrade! I was served by Chris who was amazing from start to finish! Chris was super friendly, listened to what I was after and was really informative. Really professional, honest and attentive! Had a great experience in the Cardiff store and will definitely be returning!

I initially came in to discuss my current contract which is due to end. I've been very unhappy with EE before this visit as I was sold products I didn't want or need and led to believe that my bill would be a lot lower than what it actually was. Chris, the rep, was so lovely to deal with, reassured me that he would help me save money on my bill once its out of contract on the 1st of May and make sure that any package is tailored to what I use. Looking forward to going back on the 1st to see what happens but my faith has been restored in EE.

A truly excellent level of service from Matthew (asst manager) So helpful when I had a problem with my elderly fathers SIM card and, due to him shielding, he wasn’t able to go in to the store himself. Very quickly sorted and all done in a friendly professional way. Thank you so much!

I only popped in to be cheeky and ask for a charger however I browsed the watches and Mel made it quick easy and painless. I went to this store recently and took out a phone. Was served by a lovely gentlemen called Abdul. He was very professional and knowledgeable (also very hot) I could not take my eyes off his dreamy eyes. His service was also one of the best I’ve had.

Ordered a phone online with EE but then when I went in store (St. David’s)Jonathan the senior sales advisor gave me a better deal even though it would mean elongating the process! So, excellent customer service and really pleased with the product! Good job EE!

Theo was great at explaining why I needed to change my phone and I didn't feel pressurised into making a purchase I wasn't totally happy with. He spent time talking it all through with me and then in setting up my new phone so it was all working when I left the shop.

Fantastic team at the Cardiff EE Store. I previously visited this store about a problem with my phone contract and spoke to a member of staff (dont know the name) who managed to get me on the right track sorting it out. I came back with my boyfriend to finally resolve the problem and had exceptional service from a guy named Steve and the assistant manager. They were very welcoming, informative, got straight to the point despite having problems with their internet. They were super hilarious and deserve some form of praise! - Alisha and Arron :)

My partner and I were under Pabs care yesterday when we went to have a nosey at some new phones. I wanted to upgrade early and see what my options were including trading my old phone in etc. And my partner needed a new phone anyway. Pabs was patient, friendly, genuine and nothing was too much for him. Banter game is on point and he's a stand up lad. We felt very valued and he even got us on a better plan than we were on that was more suited to us. Next time you're in store, ask for Pabs. He's the hero the Gotham needs.

There are times when the staff aren't helpful I was mis sold a contract and the shop made it out like it was my fault but I spoke to EE over the phone and they held their hands up and corrected the shops mistake

Walked past the store in the saint David’s centre in Cardiff. I remembered that I finished my 24 month contract a few weeks ago but thought hey ho I’ll pop in. Meeted and greeted by a fab guy called Theo who helped me out big time. Got my phone bill halved by going sim only (obvs) but what a nice professional dude. He needs a pay rise!
