Very knowledgeable team, who were highly motivated and enthusiastic about what they do. The new screen was eye-wateringly expensive, and I wasn't mentioned of the cost at any point up until it was done, but then I also didn't ask in fairness. Repair was super quick, took less than an hour and has a warranty on it. Close to other shops and amenities, so you can do other things while you wait for the repair.

Took my phone to be fixed 2 months ago and they fixed immediately and it has worked perfectly since they fixed it. Before I took to town and they fixed my phone and the same problem kept coming back I took to Baseus on Crwys Road and he knew straightaway what it was and repaired it, cannot heap enough praise on Albert who was fantastic.

Fixed my iPhone 11 in under an hour, very friendly and professional. As a semi tech savvy guy, I would say that the colours are less vibrant, for example the messaging app and Snapchat app. The green and yellow are less bright which I do not mind at all and I don’t think anyone else would/ notice (for reference the colour vibrancy is similar to that of the Oneplus 6t). However, I do notice the screen is not as buttery as the original, only noticed when scrolling slowly, however, in my opinion, the majority of you would not notice this and I would say it’s only about 95% less smooth. As a whole I do recommended them. Hope this review has helped your decisions, feel free to ask any questions regarding my experience/my fixed device.

Speedy and professional service. He stayed a later to wait for me to drop my phone off, and returned it in perfect condition. He fixed my home button without me asking and cleaned my camera glass. Amazing Service!! A*** Firstly can I re-iterate that I have not been sponsored in any way for my review. I wanted to leave a review here because of the absolutely outstanding service I received when I sent my iPhone 5s for a cracked screen repair. Not only was the returned phone 'flawless' as if the screen had never been broken, but the entire health of the phone was checked by iPhonefixed and I was kept fully updated via email all the way through the process. The phone was returned very quickly indeed (I received it the following day after it was dispatched) and the packaging/protection was superb. I really have found it difficult on reflection to find any negatives to the service I was provided and still am doing so. This is by far the best phone repair service company I have dealt with over many years. I whole heartedly hope they continue to provide the repairs currently offered on the site, as I will be using them again where required, and am going to be recommending them to all my friends. The care shown in handling your phone and keeping you updated every step of the way is really First Class and I would urge anyone to give them a try. The service I received at iPhonefixed was absolutely fantastic. They responded to my query quickly and my phone was fixed, good as new, just two days later. My 'unbreakable' Sapphire lens on my iPhone 6 cracked within about 2 weeks of getting the phone leaving all my photographs with flare & rainbows through them. Apple wanted to charge me £250+ to fix it and iPhonefixed charged me less than £30 and it took just over an hour to fix. Finding them is easy and there is free parking outside the office for dropping off and picking up your phone. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service, would fully recommend if you need any repairs. You can tell the business really takes pride in its work and wants to do the best job when repairing your phone. I've used other phone repair services in Cardiff before that simply don't compare!

I was recommended to use iPhonefixed after poor service elsewhere. Initially a new battery fitted, which performs well after a year, and Sept. '18 I had a new "ear speaker" fitted as I couldn't hear callers. That also works fine. Old iPhone 5c. ! Really good friendly service, - and low price. Dai. Penarth. (2 miles from their offices)

The contact that I had with this service was great. They discovered more problems with my phone than I realised, therefore they refrained from completing the screen repair which might have made things worse, instead gave me a free screen protector for the mean time and some good advice what to do with the handset. I appreciated this honesty and conscientiousness to be honest I would rather have that kind of service! Therefore I would trust this company again if I ever had another phone problem

Thank you! After visiting a "Genius" at Apple who informed me that my 2 & 1/2 year old iPhone 6 was beyond repair (immaculate, just stopped turning on a few weeks ago) and that I could buy a replacement for £260, I thought I'd give iPhonefixed a go. They had my phone for the day, confirmed that the battery was at fault and replaced it with a new battery. The IPhone is now working perfectly and all for just £29. Brilliant service, cannot recommend highly enough!

I was devastated when my iPhone4 suddenly stopped working without warning. The Apple store in StDavids told me that the only option would be to restore the phone, meaning I would have to lose 2 years worth of photos and data! Luckily I did not take any notice of their advice and came across iPhonefixed on Google, who correctly diagnosed water damage and replaced the contacts and the battery. A few hours later, my iPhone was working perfectly and I hadn't lost any data! I was SO HAPPY. The staff were also very helpful in explaining everything and giving advice. Thank you iPhonefixed!!!!

Easily booked a same day, fixed cost time slot on their website when my iPhone would not charge. Expected to wait an hour but repair completed in just 30 mins. Very accommodating and helpful , I was scheduled for an appointment at 12 so I could drop off my phone on my lunch break and it was finished so j could pick it up after work , my phone was absolutely destroyed and not charging , I had a new screen and new charging port , it now looks like a brand new phone and functions perfectly , the price was very competitive and the customer service experience was one of the best I have ever come across , wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return myself for future repairs , thanks very much
