Brilliant customer service. I had a bit of an odd problem with my keyboard, so rang them up and they said they'd try and fix it. 30 minutes later it was all fixed. Lovely on the phone and in store. Would definitely use them again or recommend to a friend.

This gem of a place is tucked away inside Cardiff Student Union but is available to all. My knowledge of computers in terms of how they function is minimal, so get apprehensive when they need repairing. No such worries with Repair IT, everything is explained, you are kept updated with progress and repairs done efficiently. I originally brought a laptop to be repaired. I was so happy with the result that I took an old laptop that hasn't worked for 7 years. I mainly wanted to retrieve some old photos and videos that I thought were lost. Happy memories restored. Thanks Nick, you even provided a link on a part that I needed to buy for the repair! You are a star.

I Spilt water on my MacBook Pro and after sending it off to Apple repair services I was told that the logic board was damaged and needed replacing, which they quoted me a cost of £1000+. I decided to try out repair IT services and was not disappointed! They were able to repair my Mac within just a few days and all for the cost of £100, which I feel was a very fair price! I’m extremely relieved as a had lost hope and was convinced I would need to fork out money for a new laptop. My MacBook is working as good as before as if nothing had ever happened - would 100% recommend their services.

This week I needed my Dell laptop's screen replaced after accidentally smashing. The service offered by Repair IT was excellent in every way! After e-mailing them beforehand and getting a very reasonable price for the repair upfront, I took it into them on Tuesday afternoon, where the very helpful guys immediately ordered a new screen. This arrived and was fitted in less than 48 hours, ready to collect on Thursday afternoon. As a very welcome bonus, Repair IT provided the screen with several months' warranty, should anything go wrong. Overall an excellent service all around! Hopefully I won't need to make a similar visit in future. However, I will be sure to return if so!

Best service a customer could ask. I came in with a swollen battery on my computer and went to ask to replace it. I expected to have to leave my laptop there but they just took out the battery and gave me back my laptop so I could use it until the new battery arrives. Only had to pay for the order and not for replacing it. The process of removing the battery didn't take longer than 10 minutes. Really fast and efficient. The customers are very nice and the prices are excellent. I'm very pleased by the excellent service.

I took my Alienware laptop to the shop as the screen was completely black and the laptop wouldn't switch on beyond two seconds before switching itself off. The team working at RepairIT were really good at listening to me explain the problem when I took it in and were happy to take a more detailed look and diagnose the issue. They kept me up to date with their progress and managed to resolve the issue after a few days. Nick, in particular, was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about getting the laptop working again (thank you). Overall, I had a really positive experience (especially during a time I was worrying about spending £600+ on a new gaming laptop). They gave a 3 month guarantee on their work and the deducted the original diagnostic fee which I was also grateful for.

Very professional service and were very knowledgeable about computers. Apple said after my motherboard went on my computer that they would be unable to retrieve files from my computer. After taking it to repairIT they were able to pull my files off my computer and send them over to me in the same morning. Had I listened to apple I would have lost years of work from university. They also provided me with a cheap diagnostics test which was less than half the price that other places were offering. I've entrusted my it repairs to Nick on several occasions. .. now they have their modern new place near the Sherman Theatre and Students Quarters , service levels haven't changed for us older technophobes....Nick takes time to listen , to explain and he's reasonably priced as well as ultra efficient. I gave them my PC to be repaired. Great customer service, they emailed me daily to let me know what they have done. They answered all my questions and gave me advice/tips, I'll defiantly recommend anyone to go with them to get their devices fixed. Great service. I needed a new power supply unit after a slug had kamikaze’d my PS4. I knew I was able to replace the part myself, but I found I wasn’t able to buy the specific part in stores without sending the whole unit of for repair. Luckily, I called Repair IT who had the part and agreed they would sell it to me if it worked in my PS. It did! And he sold it to me at a very reseonable price. I would recommend this repair shop.

Can’t even begin to describe how happy I am with this place. The track pad in my MacBook was stuck (red wine incident, whoops) so I couldn’t click aside from tapping or drag and drop or anything, had to constantly have an external mouse around, was like this for a year. Took it to Apple and they wanted to charge £800 to repair(!). Took it to this place, £30. My mind was blown.

Had my daughters iphone screen replaced by someone back last year. they did a shoddy job and it cracked again a little while later (teenage girls eh!) But now it was literally hanging off and I thought whatever had happened to it was going to cost a fortune to replace. You could literally see inside the phone from the side! Very straight with me - told me if something else was wrong, they'd sort it but it just looks like the screen is broken. fixed within an hour - great communication, text and e-mailed me to let me know they'd started looking at it, and again when it was ready to collect.
