Just been there after doing some research, needed to replace a iPhone battery, usually at apple store they will replace it within 6 days, here was very nice and simple! I went on the website to know about it and they got a 10% discount if you book online for your service choosing the time of your arrival. I arrived there, the owner welcomed me with a huge smile even if he was busy with another customer, he was like “u here for the the battery replacement right?” I was like yes sir here is my phone and he’s like no problem at all I’ll see you in half hour, perfect, and literally everything was done within that time range, even better, got myself a shield bundle of phone cover and screen protector and he add for free a nice phone cable. Battery comes with 12 months warranty, highly recommend, thanks again

Excellent service with great customer care. I've been here for two times now, 1st to replace my phone battery 🔋 and to troubleshoot my Samsung gear watch. Initially he suspected that it's an issue with the battery, but finally found that its an internal connection problem which prevents it from charging. I have used Simtek Word in Cardiff 3 separate times. Every time I have had great friendly customer service. I have never had any delays, they are very efficient. For example when I took my broken phone in the morning, He replaced my phone screen in 30 minutes. He even gave me a free phone case. They have saved my three times, with my laptop, xbox and now my phone. I gave them an extra £20 tip and he was nice he said he could not accept, I had to run out his shop to make him take the tip. Simtek World are great you always feel like a valued customer.

Have used Kal for several Apple Device repairs, and have never been disappointed. My most recent visit was to get my Apple Watch looked at, as the screen had started to separate - we first tried resealing, and when that failed (through no issue with his work I should stress) a battery replacement. Very positive, hassle free experience. My phone works like new and the price was much cheaper than a quote I was given elsewhere. The service was professional and friendly and an honest advice was given. Phone was repaired quickly and there was very little waiting time since you can book your collection, repair etc. I had my other phones repaired in different places before and based on my previous, negative experience I was thinking to just get a new phone instead of bothering with repair. Glad I was recommended this place, extremely professional and speedy service overall. The battery in my geriatric Sony Xperia XZ had finally given up the ghost and needed replacing, and initially it would have only taken a couple of hours of service and I would have taken my phone home the same day for £50. Unfortunately the first battery that I bought was faulty but I was kindly loaned a replacement phone to use over the weekend while I sourced another battery to be sent through the post. Honestly, having that bit of extra service such being able to borrow a phone was a godsend. When I finally had a working battery, I was able to have my Sony fixed within 20 minutes. For such an efficient and positive phone repair experience, I can't recommend Simtek World enough. Thank you again!

I brought in an older but highly specified Dell XPS laptop after it had suffered water damage. Simtek World quickly diagnosed what components required replacement (SSD and new Keyboard) and provided a reasonable estimate to fix the computer. I took my phone to STW after accidentally putting it through the wash. Not only were they able to save my phone; they replaced the screen at a reasonable cost. The rear camera had water in it also, however I was told it should clear up by on its on, and if it didn’t, to bring it back, saving the extra cost of having an unnecessary repair. Used Sim-Tek World in Cardiff to repair my phone after I cracked the screen. The customer service was fantastic, giving me a clear, broken down quote when I rang and then getting the part in and dealing with it within a week of me breaking it. The price was very fair considering the speed and quality of the service. On collecting the phone there was a little bit of damage to the back case which occurred during repair, but was immediately told that a part had been ordered for it and it would be repaired without charge. It is very clear the owner takes great pride in his work and wants to leave you a satisfied customer. Will definitely be using this place again if I'm ever clumsy in the future and would recommend any one who is looking for repair services to use them. Amazing! :)

I took my partners phone in as it stopped charging and wouldn't turn on, the guy was so friendly and helpful he checked the charging port first off spent a good 20mins on it for me and didn't ask for any payment for his time. (it was closing time when I arrived) I went back the next day he ordered the right part and I only had to wait 1 day for the part to come in and for him to fix it for me, very reasonable price and wouldn't take a tip he said he would give it to charity instead! Incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service from Karl at Simtek World. Just before Christmas I visited his shop to repair my screen, after a rival company had failed to do the job (and taken weeks attempting). Immediately he realised the the phone motherboard itself had been damaged and he promptly rectified the problem and kept me updated. Simtek World was recommended to me by a friend, I'm so glad I took notice of their recommendation, had a little trouble finding the shop, so the owner actually came out to find me. I needed a new battery fitted to my Galaxy s6, I dropped it off and within 20/25 minutes, I'd received a call on the phone theyed lent me, saying it had been fitted and I could collect it. Really great service in my book, I was treated really politely too, no prima Donna act that you sometimes get from techy shops. Unrivalled customer service. Called at 8:30am on Monday morning, no answer but immediately called back. Spoke about the problem with my iPhone 11 (Charging Port Damage). Expressed how vital my phone was to my day to day business operation. Booked me in immediately at 9:15am. Repaired in 10/15 mins for a very competitive price even thought price was of no concern to me as it was all down to speed and turn around time. Bought a new case and tempered glass whilst I was in the store which they fitted for me their and then. Flawless.

I hope not, but if I had another problem I would come back to Simtek for the welcome and the service. (Original) vraiment un accueil agreable.
