Nothing but good things to say. The owner was polite and straight forward. My phone screen was cracked and he fixed it within half an hour. All done at a very reasonable price too. Overall extremely happy with my experience.

Very helpful, good clear advice and a great job on the repair of a Galaxy S8 which needed a new screen and back. Came with a guarantee on the work undertaken so when the back started to come loose in one corner we took it back and it was rectified no questions asked. Can thoroughly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Today I went in to buy a more durable pair of earphones as mine are always breaking. Paid a reasonable price and left. Within 3 hours I managed to lose the rubber bit and went back in to buy a replacement. The gentleman recognised me immediately and gave me a free replacement of the rubber bit I lost with spares! It's the small gestures in life that show a person's true colours and this kind act really made me smile. I would trust them with repairing my phone when I inevitably manage to break it again.

Absolutely brilliant. These guys are fantastic and they are very extremely good with technology. Their prices are very reasonable and they give you service with a smile. Today I took my phone to be restored to factory settings. I had other devices linked and they made sure that no errors would occur. I am going to give this shop 5 stars but in all honesty they deserve 10 stars Thank you for all your help I will most definitely recommend this phone shop to family, friends and anyone who is looking for a good standard of service. Wasn't too happy that when my phone was meant to be collected it wasn't ready, and I wasn't given a legitimate receipt either, But in all fairness they had ran out, which is perfectly understandable. They did a great job on my phone though, although there has been some performance issues since my phone was unlocked but it's nothing major and perfectly useable. But it could also be because it's a pretty old phone. The lady I spoke to over the phone was lovely and very helpful

My daughter smashed her IPhone 6s screen. Took it to phone mania and although it was almost 6pm, they fixed it in 45 minutes! I bought a screen protector as well for £5! They were friendly, professional, quick! My daughter was speechless had quick they fixed the phone and was so happy! Recommended to my friends already! 😊

Left my phone with very friendly staff to have iPhone charger port replaced as my phone wouldn't charge. Came back to my phone fixed free of charge as the internals just needed to be cleaned. Some places could take advantage of lack of consumer knowledge, but these guys are honourable and professional. When I have problems in future I will be returning here.

Had a smashed back screen on S9. Took it to these guys and they repaired within 2 hours. Slight issue with contactless not working following the replacement, but they fixed that when I queried it with them. Great service. Will return if need anything in future.

Quick, fast, good priced shop. Very friendly staff who welcome your queries unlike the other shop in queen street I went to who act like customers are interruptions. Phone Mania fixed my phone screen within an half hour n did a pretty good job! Well done Phone Mania! Highly recommended

I went in to find out about unlocking my phone, the gentleman asked what phone, service provider and which provider did I want to change to, I told him Virgin to EE, he said there was no need to unlock the phone. He could so easily have just unlocked it and charged me. I will be returning for all my phone needs and recommending him.

Got my Ipad and Iphone 6 screen repaired, in under an hour. The guys did a professional job and the customer service was great, didn't even realise an hour passed while chatting with them. Nice little shop for repairs and accessories would definitely recommend and use their services again.

I cant recommend these guys enough!! Took my broken screen phone, My wife's water damaged phone and my daughter broken screen ipad... My phone was done in 15mins and its as good as new!! My wife's phone and ipad was returned next day.. to our surprise the water damage phone was revived and is working absolutely fab till now and the ipad is working fine too. The guy is very nice, polite and knows his stuff. My family now goes there for any gadget prob and are never let down. Well done guys.

We welcome all customers reviews but we would like to clarify Miss Phillips situation. We replaced touch glass on Miss Phillips S4 and the phone was given to her in perfect working order. She came back with the phone a week later with half of the screen gone black which she claims started happening 2 to 3 hours after the repair. We were not informed about that either through email or phone. One of the staff told her that she could come next day and see the store manager. She came with three other friends and a report from one of the stores saying that her Phone is irreparable. The phone was opened and checked and was in perfect working order other than the screen. While phone was been checked Miss Phillips friend started sending customers away saying that " They messed up my friend's phone, do not repair your phone here". At that point Miss Phillips was told to leave the phone at the store and return for it the next day so that it could be shown to the technician who repaired it which she refused to do. Phone screens could loose display by being pressed hard or because of a drop. We wanted to keep the phone and check it but the customer did't want to leave the phone overnight. We fixed many phones for the customers after they have been told by the manufacturers that they are irreparable, infact many manufacturers and network provider send their repair customers to us. The manager wanted to fix the screen for Miss Phillips as a courtesy whether it was a damage because of repair or her own fault, but she refused to leave the phone at store and her friend made the situation worst by speaking to other customers and sending them away when she had nothing to do with it. The store manager apologised to one of the customer who was already there while all this happened and she replied "Don't worry I used Phone Mania for many times and I know you provide good service and I will be back if I need anything".
