Very excellent service. I had a water damage for my laptop, and they fixed it in 45 min. I have been struggling to get it fixed from another shop called ‘ aw communications ‘ as they couldn’t fix it after keeping for 2 weeks. But then i gave it to this shop as a last try and guess what , they just put their magic hands and fixed so fast . Cant praise more about their service. Would highly recommend everyone to visit “phone spot” city road cardiff, if u nee any fix for your valuable devices .

I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a good, reliable and efficient mobile phone shop. They did a fantastic job transferring data from my old Samsung tablet to my new one. They don't charge an arm and a leg for their service and the shop is beautifully arranged, not forgetting how pleasant and helpful they are. I will most definitely use their services again. Excellent service and value for money. My daughters screen was fixed within half an hour late on a Sunday afternoon. Pruce included a screen protector and a new case. Woukd definitely use Phone Spot again.

I have got my toshiba laptop repaired. It looks like brand new laptop. Shop owner and staff are very friendly. They took less time to do a complex repair. They charge descent price. While i enquired with other shops before. They asked me to order the item. I would be risking to do that. but Here in this shop they have ordered the items. I recommend them from laptop and phone repairs. They even have got Grade A laptops. I am planning to buy one in near future. My experience with phonespot is 10/10 . Also not many shops i enquired would wanted to repair my laptop coz of complexity. They were able to do it. I am glad to reuse my highly configure laptop. I could do comparision and recommend this as best after enquiring the most of shops in the same lane. I am saving some effort of you in finding the right shop. Some of the reasons for me to recommend this repair shop: Reasonable Price, Great work, Extended support for any minor fixes, Repairs are done in few hours mostly if parts are available.
