S. J.Brilliant customer service from Will at the Western Avenue store in Cardiff. Took my elderly mum there as she was having problems with her mobile. He was utterly charming and patient, amended her settings which fixed her problem and even saved her £2 a month by checking her account. He knew exactly how to build a rapport with his customer and I know my mum will definitely be calling to see Will when she needs a new phone.
