Excellent customer service from Josh at the Cardiff store today. After a discussion he gave me all the information I needed so I could make an informed decision myself. Josh was very friendly and respectful in his manner, no pushing for a more expensive contract or extras. Very much appreciated.

I popped into Three with my partner who was looking to purchase a new phone, in discussion with Craig the assistant, I mentioned I had a problem with my otherwise perfectly functioning phone that my screen was so dark that I could no longer see to take photo's in the sun and to see clearly on my screen at other times! Within a few seconds he had told me where to access on my phone and after a few clicks my problem was solved! I am deeply grateful for his help and kindness! Give the man a pay rise!! Bright fabulous attitude and great initiative! He gets my vote!

loads of deals out there at the moment but check Three sim only deal. Unlimited everything for 18 quid on one phone and 12 quid for the same deal on a second phone. Far better than any EE deal.

Went in for an upgrade whilst we were visiting. I was served by Leah (I think) and she was absolutely lovely and helpful. Even though there was an issue with one of the barcodes she was very apologetic and talkative to fill the time whilst waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Excellent service by Charlotte and other staff. As I needed help to transfer my old phone data to my new phone it took ages due to really slow Wi-Fi, which is not a good advert for a mobile company out of signal. Also no coffee or water available which made it uncomfortable for a long period. Staff are really great.

My husband & I called in the store today (19/09/19) to upgrade his phone. We were pleasantly greeted by Sophie. What a wonderful lady! My husband was very indecisive & asked lots of questions to make sure he was happy with the choice he made, Sophie answered every question & gave him so much information, not just about the phone, she suggested a suitable phone case for him. I bought a screen protector for my phone & Sophie was more than happy to fit it for me! Very nice atmosphere in store, much more comfortable & welcoming than the small shop in Capitol Arcade! Thank you Sophie for making the upgrade a breeze! We will definitely be returning when it’s my turn to upgrade.
