Instead she helped me upgrade my phone to one of my choice with the same pay as you go package. She took time to explain how the new phone worked compared to my old model and even assisted the transfer of numbers and personal information from the old to new handset. Excellent customer service, support and knowledge from a friendly, helpful representative. A fresh new approach from O2, very impressive.
