Just went in for a battery replacement, they were super nice and professional. They showed me the battery that would be going in which really assured me they were quality repairers. Super quick turn around, had my phone back within the hour and my battery is lasting so much longer again 😊

Unfortunately cracked the screen of my Samsung mobile. Samsung could not fix it for at least a couple of weeks so I tried Pocket Geek. They were polite and very helpful, explaining what the replacement process involved. They price matched Samsung; fortunately they even had the exact replacement screen in stock, so I popped over and had my phone fixed and working as new, all within a couple of hours. Excellent service.

Replaced my iPhone 8 Plus’ battery a month ago. My old phone’s charging port last year. Both for reasonable prices and they’ve been working without any problems so far. While iStore would have charged me ~390 and ~270, respectively, citing “water damage”, despite there being none. So I would highly recommend these guys as an alternative.

I had my phone fixed here on the 26/07/2016 which I am very pleased with. It took no more than 10 minuets to fix a new screen onto my phone. The gentlemen behind the desk were nothing short of a delight to speak with even though they were swamped with work, very polite and very considerate. All in all I would highly recommend any one to come here for any sort of phone repair. I'm not normally one for leaving a review/rating but I felt this company is definitely worth a few good words.

Used these guys a few times but I recently destroyed my phone on a night out and stupidly had no insurance. They young lad who works there was excellent put no pressure on me to use them and was totally honest with pros and cons especially the cost which was a lot but I knew that was gonna be the case. I put my phone in on Friday and saturday I literally had new phone withe proper parts. Couldn't be be happier apart from cost (obviously) highly recommended even for advice

Very good - repaired my Iphone 6s with a new battery and screen in an hour. The battery is a good one (battery life is still very good after 3 months, a lot of replacements go bad after a few weeks), and the quality of the work seem good. Friendly guys as well.

First class service. Repaired the cracked screen on my wife’s Galaxy S7 in about 45 minutes. Always use genuine parts, no bodge jobs and excellent customer service. Expensive but worth the cost to get the repair done right.

Awesome service , polite, professional,prompt.effecrive and excellent service. I had an issue with my I phone having died totally as I couldn’t charge it, spent over 75mins on line to my provider Vodaphone who where nothing short of useless. So in desperation I thought I would see if I could get it repaired locally. Tried a national chain who said they could do it but it would take a week and was £50 so I goggled mobile phone repairs in Colchester and up popped The Top Three Phone Repairers in Colchester and ECT topped the list so I called and explained the issue and within minutes the guys told me they could do it and it would be done within 45 minutes rather than a week. Also it would cost £30 to £35 depending upon which model. As promised the phone was repaired within the hour and had even managed to get some charge into the battery and it was £30 Brilliant 5 star service ! Highly Recommended Well done

5 stars + This company provides not only an excellent customer service, they are knowledgeable, precise and honest. I spent the best part of a week trying to have my Samsung phone repaired, visited three what you call major high street mobile phone repair stores, of which all gave me the ''ooooh treatment, you'll need a new screen that will cost X amount if we try to fix your phone''', my screen was fine it just needed taking off in order to remove my jammed sim card, Ok it was a modern phone and guess there was a risk of damage!! I also needed to transfer data from my old phone; to the above phone, this was not an option as the screen was shattered (unusable), conclusion; need to purchase a screen for this phone too in order to get the data off. LOL. Anyway I couldn't see the point in buying two new screens, got online, and came across this company, gave them a call, and way hay, my new phone was repaired promptly without any fuss, or ooooohhhs and ahhhhhs. Also while I stood in the shop the data from my old phone was transferred over within a couple of minutes. An overall brilliant honest service from an experienced phone engineer. I am only to pleased to have come across this company of which has already become a talking point amongst friends and family. Thank you ECT

Brilliant service! Incredibly helpful and friendly employees. Had a screen fixed a couple weeks ago, within an hour it was done and completely ready to go! Then a few days later my charging port needed to be completely stripped out as it had water damaged. Again with in only a couple hours it was fixed again and ready to go. This is by far the BEST phone repair shop in Colchester I've ever been to. Am definitely going back to get my camara lense replaced as these guys can't be faulted! Any 1 star reviews you may see on here is the result of not liking the outcome of damage the owner caused to there handset. Don't want to pay for phone repairs.....don't brake your phone then. Lol 10/10! Give them a try! :-D

I spent several hours looking for a specific device around town, after going to several stores... with no luck, I popped in to this one, although a repair shop, I decided to ask for information on where to buy a brand new device to be able to design graphics. I was recommended to buy a second hand device due to how expensive the device I wanted would be. I usually dont buy second hand electronics, but Lewis was extremely helpful and seemed a genuine nice chap. He took well over 10mins of his time to look for what I needed but without a huge pricetag. I decided to take his advice and he found me a good deal. The device he found me was in brilliant condition, cheap and works perfectly. Very helpful and repaired my wife’s phone under warranty in one day. O2 wanted two weeks and wouldn't guarantee to fix it. They said I would get a refurbished phone, which means second hand....I don't think so!
