S. B.Carrying out a survey and dropped phone. Cracked screen.They were open on a Sunday. Cost what I expected. Some early teething issues with new screen ~ but they sorted without fuss and all working well. Can’t see any reason for not recommending. Gave 4 stars due to teething but not for that it would have been 5.
C. C.I’ve been to Viva Fones four times for phone and gadget repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They are fairly priced, transparent about their pricing and most of all they know what they are doing and have fixed my devices perfectly. I was kept up to date with the fix of my iPad and they checked with me before going ahead with any costly repairs. Great, friendly service.

Q.Shop owner Munir was very helpful and kind in helping my elderly relative. I went in with her and he traded her old iPhone 5 for a very good iPhone 6 for a very reasonable price. A year later my relative is very happy with the phone and I’m sending another elderly friend there this week having called the shop to expect her and to get pricing. Munir also offered to help with any questions on how to use these phones which can be complicated for the elderly. To find trustworthy people to help the elderly with tech is very hard these days. Well done guys!
