Great local business with excellent service. A big plus is it's in a convenient location with parking on the main Broad Street . Did think about venturing into the city center but with parking cost averaging five pounds these days I decided to look elsewhere. Definitely lived up to the high expectations set by others who left reviews. My iPad screen was replaced in under 60 minutes. I will be recommending Express repair to friends and family.

Discussed my options, even sent me a link to get the part. Once that arrived, called again, dropped the part off, 45mins later, got a call telling me the phone was ready. Brilliant service, after 2 years of having a broken iPad 4 and everyone refusing to look at it I took it to mobile phone repairs coventry based in broad street off foleshill road in a last ditch attempt before buying a new one. After taking the iPad 4 off me and saying it would take about a 2 days, I got a call the very next day saying it was ready. I never thought I'd ever get it fixed, these guys are amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The best service ive ever recieved from a phone shop. Smashed screen on my galaxy note 4, took it to the shop Saturday afternoon at 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) told me to come back in 1 hour at 5:30pm and my phone was fixed! With in 1 hour! Really chuffed with their service. Only phone shop in Coventry I'd use time and time again.

his little shop in the heart of Coventry is a real find. Personal service by Mike is superb, both extremely knowledgeable about the latest gadget/phone/tablet/Mac/PC technology. They have an amazing range of the very latest products and/or peripherals for your tech stuff, things I didn't even know had been invented. I was on the verge of buying an expensive wireless digital camera to get my photos on to my iPad mini but they showed me a great multi-format card reader that plugs right into the iPads mini connector and shows up as a drive with all your pix on the iPad desktop! The other device they showed me is equally amazing, a fully functional Mac keyboard built into a very strong folding case, turns your iPad mini into a little laptop. The bluetooth connectivity is excellent, and the iPad mini goes into standby mode when the lid is shut. The build quality of this remarkable product is extremely high, the keys resilient and responsive to the lightest of touches, the iPad mini sits very securely indeed inside the case lid. They gave me a great deal on the price, not that much more than one would pay for a good iPad case without the great keyboard and strong protection that this case provides. I bought both products, and am delighted with them. I won't go anywhere else in Coventry for my tech products and tech accoutrements. Great service, a wide range of high quality products at good prices,good repairs parts combined with professional and impartial advice. 5 stars? 10 more like!

I easily scheduled my appointment online and promptly received a confirmation text. The technician called me shortly thereafter to schedule my appointment. He was ready to be at my place in about an hour! I wasn't home so he came the next morning and had my phone fixed in about ten minutes all while having a lovely chat. The screen needed replacing, along with the home button and charging port. I wanted it back as soon as possible and so on Saturday morning I recieved and email and a text message advising it was ready for collection. So far so good.
