I visited the store last week and it was a fantastic experience. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The lady that served me with my phone query Jennifer, got me the best deal and set my phone up for me too. Didn’t even have to ask. I will be back! Definitely recommend. Thank you Derby EE

I got a lovely reception in this EE store and all I wanted was information about recycling an old phone. And they happened to have a recycling scheme. In fact other EE stores have been very helpful but seems not all have facilities to recycle. But very nice staff.

Enter the store to upgrade.Once you manage to fend off adding a tablet to your already expensive enough monthly bill the instore help and advice is most valuable, i.e. "I want to pay no more than £32 per month" "With this tablet your monthly bill would be £51". Did he hear me?. You choose your plan. "Would you like a tablet for £13 per month?" "NO". I understand they have to try to sell stuff other than phones but it's still frustrating. Still better than having a phone posted.

The staff were very helpful but the mobile phone I wanted was not available. This was beyond EE's control as their stock is currently stuck on the container ship in the Suez Canal.

SIM failed in my phone. Went to the shop after trying on line. I was greated in the shop and immediately taken to a computor by the gentleman who proceeded to verify things and replaced the SIM with a new one and assured me it would be ok. Which it is. Thanks EE.

Great store, staff are helpful, not usually that busy at least on weekdays, Also charging point for your phone if your an EE customer. They sell phone accessories such as cases and phone charges. They also sell a phew beats products by Dr dre such as beats pill and headphones.

It's a phone shop. All very nice if you fancy a new EE contract. You'll still need to phone EE to get anything done as the shop only sign you up.
