While, what I thought would be a quick 15 minute screen protector change, turned into a slightly longer venture...the staff there were brilliant, friendly and happy to help, had some decent conversations too. I was please with the final result and they really went the extra mile when it came to quality at a fair price. Next time, I'll take the screen protector off before 😭

Had a stroll around the mall for a good fone repair shop to get my galaxy a52 5g screen fixed. The lad at the shop called abrar helped me and offered great price compared to the other shops. The lad said if any other issues you can always bring it back and we will fix it for you. Overall, great repair shop and excellent customer service.

Broke my phone screen and was devastated that I couldn't access my photos. O2 said it was going to be really expensive to fix and my phone would be wiped clean and take 2 weeks to sort. Came to foneworld Derby who said it was no big deal and it would be fixed the next day and all my data would be saved! (It would have only taken 20 mins if the parts had been in stock). Lovely staff who I can't thank enough for sorting my phone so quickly and helping me to get all my precious photos back. I will be recommending them to everyone!!!

Although Fone World could not rescue my water damaged phone, technician Abrar was very helpful in finding me a replacement phone.
