Took my phone with a cracked screen today. The owner was very helpful and mended it in 40mins. Brilliant place to go and not expensive well worthwhile. Definitely recommend going to this shop.Thank-you so much my phone looks like new again🙂

My phone got broken horribly day before Christmas eve, phone was abit bend, LCD and screen cracked. Giving Sam 5 star because he fixed my phone there and then. Reasonable price, normally elsewhere would be expensive. This is the first time visit to this shop, glad I did and now I know where to go next time if I break my phone again... (I hope not lol). Quick service. My phone is now working very well like as if nothing has broken... so I am pleased with the service. Also been given a hard screen cover protector free of charge, so that is very nice of him. He's friendly and professional. Thanks for fixing my phone.

Great Service. Came in thinking there were 2 things wrong with my phone and was ready to pay for both but upon fixing it they were very honest about only having to replace one part and charged me accordingly. I got my iPhone 7 plus water damaged repaired here. I dropped it in the sink and was panicking but sent it for repair here and it was a fast turn around. The gentlemen Adam who served me was very polite and booked my phone and updated me on the status of the repair. Will be using again.

Price: had my camera lens replaced and although it was a good price, I feel like I could've gotten cheaper. If you know what needs to be repaired then call them first for a quote and haggle first. Parking: on street parking near by so good for parking Speed: very quick. Fixed my camera in 15 mins. FoneGods in derby intu quoted me it would take 4 days plus to fix and couldn't even guarantee if the parts would arrive. Quick and fairly ok priced service. Just do your research on what needs to be repaired first. If I need something repairing again, they will be at the top of my list assuming they can give me a good price.

I don't know why Clair Benjamin had a problem with this Spider Mobiles as i have had multiple phones been sent to Spider Mobiles branch in Birmingham which have been repaired and are still working till today very happy with the service and reading everyones reviews here it doesn't seem they're con artists!!!
