Thank you so much for the repair and maintenance. The attitude to customers is at a high level! In one workshop my phone could not be repaired, in another they asked for very expensive. My phone was eventually repaired at tango Communications - I am very grateful to them and I am doing well. I recommend it! You are the best!

The owner and founder of the store has an excellent reputation in the community. I think it is the longest running phone shop on Normanton Road. This is testament to the great service and no-nonsense approach the store takes. I purchased a phone for a family member. I was happy with the price and also the various choices available. There is something to suit everyones budget.

I came here to get the back of my cracked iPhone XS repaired & Jas couldn’t have been more helpful! He was great on communicating with a quote as well as giving me a good time frame to get it done in. The price was really competitive & I felt at ease trusting him with my phone. I even got a spare one to use whilst waiting for mine as I needed it for work. I couldn’t recommend him enough & if I ever need anything again I would definitely come back.

Brilliant customer service. Got a car charger for iPhone, Jas suggested a reasonable one and it's been a life saver for long trips. Went there the second time for phone repair and received it within the time frame and totally fixed like a brand new phone. Highly recommend it. 👍🏻

Fantastic service, needed an old Nokia E90 Communicator unlocking. Wasn't even there 10 minutes including the time it took to find the cable and he found a charger for me. Tango is the ONLY phone repair shop worth visiting in Derby!

Was told my phone could not be fixed by so many shops, went to Tango’s and was told to leave my phone and I would be contacted with the outcome. I received a call an hour later saying my phone was fixed and ready to be collected!!!!!!! I was over the moon!!!! Absolutely fabulous service, highly recommended. Jas at Tango communications absolutely saved my life! My phone was smashed to the point that I could not recover any data from it at all. He had to try several methods and in the end recovered everything. If not I would have lost over 1200 contacts and much more valuable information. He kept me informed at every stage and did not ask for any extra money than originally quoted despite doing a lot of work. I actually paid him more than he asked for!
