Went into store today to upgrade my phone. Ryan served us, he was lovely and so helpful. He explained everything, worked everything out for me and was so patient. My mum is very happy too because he transferred everything on to her new phone because she didn’t know what to do. Very pleased with the customer service, thank you Ryan 😁

Was greeted very politely by staff when entering the shop. The lady that served me was very friendly and helpful and made us aware of deals. Getting another contract added into my plan was easy and straightforward. I left the store very satisfied with my purchase and service received.

Good deals for every pocket large or small. Very helpful staff. They have been bought out by virgin media which they will merge early next year so compare prices and don't be scared to haggle for ye dream phone.

Went choose phone I wanted pay as you go middle price phone but due to the fact they could not put top up on it as system was down could not let me have it which was funny as when I entered store they were doing top ups , so due to my appearance I gather i was pre judged às Dodgy there loss, I just went home and went to my O2 and purchased online as I'm existing customer so if there on bonus related sales , should work on your customer service and not pre judge. Changed rating after reply plus I have normally never had any issues with O2 .

Highly priced deals compared to car phone warehouse it was priced for a Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus 5g basic package £85.00 per month 36 month contract with £100 upfront here. However in #Carphone Warehouse it was £39 per month unlimited, no brainer plus 24 month contract.
